I welcome feminists to MRA, why do they ban us from feminism?'Cause Donut. | /r/MensRights | 22/03/13 12:10 AM
Should the MHRM exclude purely social issues? Read, then vote.I don't think they should try to legislate such a thing, as you don't control the minds and thoughts of others. I do, however, believe that if men want to, they should try to change it by convincing others of how it is wrong and by living their life the way they wish to. | /r/MensRights | 14/03/13 02:46 AM
Ron Paul on the one principle that should form the foundation of the gender egalitarian movementIf you force something to happen, it is no longer free. And you realize the very definition of a corporation is gifts granted to it by the government. It allows monopolies (which wouldn't happen in a free market) and prevents competition with regulations and barriers to entry. That is corporatism, not a free market. | /r/MensRights | 13/03/13 02:33 AM
Ron Paul on the one principle that should form the foundation of the gender egalitarian movementOooh, I see, you're confusing Corporatism with a free market. When a government interferes in a market, giving corporations special benefits, deciding the winners and losers of a market and allows monopolies to form and even backs them, then it's easy to confuse that with a free market. But there's nothing free about such a market, and from what I can tell, Canada fits the bill just as well as the US. | /r/MensRights | 12/03/13 10:08 PM
Ron Paul on the one principle that should form the foundation of the gender egalitarian movementI'm not sure what you mean, although I think you're mistakenly that we have, or had,a free market. | /r/MensRights | 12/03/13 04:17 PM
Ron Paul on the one principle that should form the foundation of the gender egalitarian movementHow so? A limited government and a free market could work very well, I've yet to see a good argument against either of them. | /r/MensRights | 12/03/13 10:08 AM
Ron Paul on the one principle that should form the foundation of the gender egalitarian movementActually, he believes in Classical Liberalism and the Philosophy of Liberty. The rights of people to make their own choices, the rights of people to not be infringed, as well as the superiority of a free market, and most of all, the ability of those people to not be coerced by any government force. | /r/MensRights | 12/03/13 02:30 AM
Ron Paul on the one principle that should form the foundation of the gender egalitarian movementI'm a big fan of Ron Paul, and his beliefs, as well as being a libertarian, yet I fear most of the ideas of him and at least right leaning libertarianism would not go along well with either movement. More laws are called on by feminism and by Men's Rights, and as much as I agree with what most of the people here say, it's often a push for more legislation, not less, which is what Ron Paul generally supports. | /r/MensRights | 12/03/13 01:18 AM
Ron Paul on the one principle that should form the foundation of the gender egalitarian movementThat depends entirely on your beliefs. If you prefer a larger government he may have been a disaster to you, but for many people (including myself) he exemplifies many great ideals. | /r/MensRights | 11/03/13 11:34 PM
The world of family courts and child support makes me sad - a story unfolding right nowIt's sickening to hear that such things happen. | /r/MensRights | 07/03/13 03:22 AM
Saw this on Facebook. What?At least they use a citation, although I really, really don't think they thought this through. A minimum wage is bad enough... But raising it will have adverse effects on all those people? Why would they want to raise it for ANY reason? | /r/MensRights | 06/03/13 03:24 AM
Saw this on Facebook. What?Although I prefer the Austrian school, I do have a great respect for Friedman... And that was really funny. I like him more now lol | /r/MensRights | 06/03/13 03:22 AM
Feminists on saying no to sex: " I think that men say no as a way to regain power.""I hear you on dealing with the humanity in dude’s choice, but the issue is that he couldn’t deal with the humanity in my request. And had no qualms about denying it. But whatever, clearly when it came to his needs versus mine, his mattered more. And I guess we all have that prerogative." This wasn't in the article, but the comments, and I'm fairly sure it's from the author based upon the wording, but if I'm wrong, please correct me. But anyways, past that, I find it funny how she criticizes the… | /r/MensRights | 02/03/13 05:51 AM
