Also, given the dark, cramped environment of a cinema, those concealed carriers would have likely accidently shot bystanders as well. I think that is a valid point, and of concern. Given those circumstances, it's hazardous in any given way. However, noting the man was in body armor and a gas mask, his vision was likely obstructed. Posted this on r/politics earlier but I feel it's needed here as well. If there were as many people in that theatre with a concealed gun license as there would be in Southern states, the fucker wouldn't have been able to get off 40 shots without a bullet in his head.
