Eh, it's a mixed back. Some people do try to co-opt the label because they think it's "alpha" or whatever cringe bullshit, but most guys (or people , really) are pretty ignorant to it. I'd say a good litmus test is to talk about other innocent sounding things like rigging to see if they actually know anything about the BDSM community or if they just wanted a buzzword to hook people misled by 50 Shades of Gay

My deadlines just turn into breaking points since, ya know, responding 9 days later would be weird. Though admittedly I'll never get tired of people's reactions when I pull the "Anyway like I was saying before, Python really doesn't gel with me because all the block and line breaks are just kinda implied" on conversations that were only half-finished between 3 hours and 3 months ago.
