2	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap Okay I live in Canada, for example you can't roof all year, so in order to not starve or have to find a temp job during the winter, you need to hustle during the warmer months. That means working long work weeks. You can't just hire more guys, only so many fit on the roof until they actually start getting in the way.
