I think it also depends on your starting point. If you're already pretty stoic, Red pill might not have much to provide you. Depends on your goals too. But overall, I think it's super beneficial for men, again, if it's done right. A lot of "red pill" youtubers are not really red pill, especially these days. 2017-18 was a good time for it.

I think it's a bit more than just being a stoic. Red pill is also more beginner friendly. If you're gonna be a legit stoic, it takes some years, balls and hard work for the vast majority of people. If done right, a red pill guy can become quite stoic in a few years, or a decade depending.

Bro you gotta separate the emotional ones from the analytical/logical ones. Red pill in itself doesn't hate on anyone, it in fact promotes stocism. Now though everyone will have their own version of red pill, think of it like adapting it to who you are, your culture and your personality.
