You are about to experience Sharia law, friend. In the next generation, more and more legislators will be representing this new population of conservative Muslims as they push through new legislation enforcing their own peculiar brand of justice. By that time, it will all be lost.

It's all good. At some point you decide that you have a path forward. Career and such going smoothly and you just want someone to share in it. Not a plate but someone quality and worthy of respect. You go on dozens of first dates until you find one even worth a second. You court her (seriously) since you want to find a worthy mate. Maybe she passes. Maybe she fails. You drop her if she does. You don't want to wast yours or her time. That is Pete. Eventually you get some comfortable stability and…

SRS and such aren't supposed to vote or comment on threads they are linked to. It seems like good blanket etiquette to maintain on the site. Especially since most linking to other subreddits happens because of a controversy or some sort of drama. It is not a subreddits finest moment and an almost certainly anomalous trend to their normal discussions.

As a suggestion, take this: I prefer to be more accurate with my language. I think that most women don't prefer the aggressive work environment that STEM careers tend to offer. There seems to be an overwhelming trend for women to seek an easier path for a future. Men are more likely to just face it head on and make it work well because the process is what they enjoy.

Catholicism calls that Natural Law. Basically, God made it all and it reflects him. So his judgements of right and wrong, male and female, holy and profane, and the very idea of goodness is written into our being and woven into the fabric of the universe and all creation. That is why every religion gets a glimmer of the truth but no religion but Catholicism (according to Catholics) gets the doctrine right. So ya, Norse religion got some of it right. They were human and made by the same creator a…
