I was sentenced to 2 years in prison for glassing someone who punched me after bumping into him on a dance floor. GBH Sec 20. I accept my punishment, my reaction was wrong I deserved what I got. When I read she ran up to him and pushed her glass into his face due to low self confidence I couldn’t help but imagine this being the other way round. It would be deemed “a calculated heinous attack by a grown man who should know better” At what point did these double standards fail our society in such …

To me the underlying worrying factor is simply, if you reverse these stories and had a male accusing a female of this. It simply wouldn’t exist.

Also, I have no money left to back myself in court.

Unfortunately not no. So the American one I wasn’t in country long enough, plus I left the situations The second, I was told their isn’t enough evidence, although the same lack of evidence they had for her put me through hell and when I put forward my case it’s simply ‘dropped’

I think this is the narrative that I want to put across. How women are protected against such allegations men should be too ! We need to be seen as equal until proven guilty, I have no issue with it, and I’m very much for the arrest in order to identify my side and then a decision should be made.

I get this all the time, I’m a male in the military. I’m very confident and own my own opinions. When I come across women whom I am meeting for the first time I will be told I’m a toxic male, I’m told I’m misogynistic. These words to me seem almost like throw away terms these days. Almost like an off the cusp answer. *she doesn’t agree or like something you said, throws an insult at you. Although I don’t bite, I never have. I have been outed as toxic because I said I listen to a Joe rogan podcas…

I’d like to say thank you to the people who have commented about my situation. I didn’t know what response I would get but waking up too floods of support I couldn’t ask for more. Men need to talk more. This is a step in the right direction. Thank you all.

I agree I’m picking the wrong women, although I do believe they have held themselves a certain way (character wise) until the cracks started to appear. Thank you, from previous I knew the camera is my only friend in this. I was shocked at how me pulling my phone out also became a toxic trait of mine. I believe time away from women in general is very much needed for myself. Thank you dude

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
