I don't understand the TRP theory attached to this. The guy was a chubby loser, case closed.

All mentioned above is fine, but you have to realize that your last, and most difficult remaining issue is your obsession with women. If you are unable to be happy without them, you will never be happy with them. Here we're not talking about your actions making you a vagina, but it is how your emotions - and how you handle them. You need women. You need them to make you happy. And the reason you're getting shit is because women are something that come easily to most, and most have far greater go…

The comments aren't attacking you on a TRP sub because they are white knights, but because you're a vagina. Come to terms with that and change something. Literally doing anything other than what you're planning would be better, maybe read the sidebar?

No, we have droves of lost men because they fail to acknowledge who women are. You're suggesting 'improving' women by imposing masculine traits. You will improve your woman by magnifying her feminine traits. Imposing dominant traits onto a woman will provide the opposite effect. Dominant traits - decision making, responsibility, aggression, violence. These are traits inherent to men. Women are forced to adopt dominant traits when facing weak men - for they know that they cannot be who they are i…

I'm normally a lurker, but I'm coming out to call bullshit on this post. Women are not men. They are not whiny faggots who can't do a pullup. They are not purposefully spiteful, manipulative, about-to-hit-the-wall fat kids. They are female. They have female bodies, they have female psychology, female motivation, female everything. They are not us, and we cannot pretend to use a similar measuring tape. They are so fundamentally different from us that your 'best option' - Option 3 - sounds borderl…

The way you phrased the title gave me cancer.

You expect the relationship between you and woman to be just like one between you and a man. By masculine standards, a woman is 'fucked in the head'. You're blaming an apple for not being a banana. Relationships with women exist, just not for you.

Working shoulders with lateral pulldowns? Like invert the machine and push the bar up?

Life is a beautiful gift - at times, people forget that. You have one life. Billions of years have converged to you existing, and compared to that span, you will be gone in the blink of an eye. You are responsible for how much you enjoy this short stay. Based on what you described, what you're experiencing is the Stoic's definition of pure evil - you're diving headfirst into stagnation. You are not going anywhere, and do not intend to do anything about it. As far as I can see you're useless, per…

Anger is a sign of a weak frame, so is indecisiveness. You're both at the moment - you're still pent up and angry about your ex getting better dick than yours, and you're don't know how to deal with you finally 'cutting her out'. Firstly deal with your anger. This is a place to understand why you did what you did - not who to blame.

It should feel weird, that's a goddamn atrocious idea. Take my advice and do not cold approach approach a cougar that is surrounded by cougars in a place where they come to work out.

An 'aggressive' frame as you know it, in your case, manifests as outright hostility. This isn't good - it's vulgar, obvious. At times revolting. Confidence ties in with knowing what you are doing and how to do it - this cannot be faked, cannot be manufactured. Genuine compassion, genuine ambition, genuine desire and will are things that carry over into confidence, and subsequently be perceived as aggressive - the good kind, not the overtly hostile kind.

If what you had and who you are got destroyed by the loss of a woman, you weren't much to begin with. It is a woman. There are billions. And billions. Each better than the next. Different tastes, appearances, interests, values, hobbies, a fucking plethora of unconquered, unexplored territory that's just sitting there waiting for you - an abundantly rich reservoir of feminine energy to supplement your oh-so-important well being. But somehow you have been so fucking blind that you never cared to e…

What the fuck is wrong with you? You sound like someone snipped your balls off. What you're doing now isn't healthy, regardless of it being wrong or right. All women are like that, fucking-a, yada. You fucked it up. Nobody else did. Your woman relied on you, you failed her, whatever. Move on and stop being a vagina. And for the rest of you commenters below him, jesus fucking christ. This entire thread is jesus fucking christ. The hamstering. I don't recognize TRP anymore.

Remember to stay on your toes as well. Also, high reps are a charm. Deadlifts are made for endurance.

Deadlifts have nothing to do with strength, it's all technique. Remember to have a rounded back, and keep the bar as far in front of you as possible.
