In the USA, most homes are purchased with debt also, but so many people are reckless with their finances that just having a good enough credit rating to be able to go into debt to buy a home is enough to start attracting thots.

In my experience, the tightness seems to be at least partially correlated with how anxious the girl is. The girls whom are nervous and wanted to please me being tighter, and the selfish girls being loser.

I'm not sure what sort of environment you live/work in, so exercise whatever reasonable judgment you think is appropriate to your place. That said, if this were happening in my life, I would speak directly to her, but only in response to her asking you a questions and trying to create some sort of rapport. It would be counterproductive for you to initiate a conversation with the sole purpose of explaining that you don't want to have a conversation. There's also no reason to preemptively escalate…

Perhaps your friend is a delusional fool and shifting some blame towards you that you don't deserve, but it sounds like he's your patron if you can't afford to move out on your own. Unless an agreement has been specifically defined, no man owes an other man anything. Perhaps I've read too much into your words, but if he is subsidizing your life out of friendship and generosity, you may want to return the favor by not offending him. If this guy wants to remain on the plantation, that's his choice…

There's lots of different reasons for the hate on tattoos, interracial sex, foreigners, people with differing (or any) religious convictions, and basically anything that would have been taboo in the 1950s. Some of this is because people see things like tattoos as permanent signs of a guy trying to fit in and change himself to appeal to women, some people just find them unattractive, some people still see them as taboo for nebulous reasons. A lot of us started off life being fed the fairy tail of…

Heartbern on Youtube used to have a video series about femininity and masculinity, in which he used the distinction of masculine traits and behavior, and feral behavior. Essentially lumping women, children, and blue pilled men in the category of wild creatures that do not contribute to the expansion of civilization. It's a shame that he seems to have gone off the deep end, and his video series has been locked down.

I'd like to share some random unsolicited advice: I'm middle aged man, and as I've gotten older, I've learned that a great deal of my mental and emotional stamina is regulated by diet and nutrition. My younger self would have rejected this advice, but I'm going to mansplain it anyway: Your gut bacteria affects your emotional state and can also have observable effects on your working intelligence and memory. I don't have any links to scholarly articles handy, but one gem I came across about a yea…

She is semi in my natural social circle, so I can't completely avoid her regardless of what I'd like to do. If I pull out completely now, I can't continue to control the narrative. I feel like I've done Enough to be safe long term...But it probably wouldn't hurt to maintain at least a friendly contact. Maybe play some passive game. What do you think? It's starting to sound like rape accusation is going to be the new pregnancy gambit of the 21st century. Instead of a shotgun wedding you've got so…

I really do enjoy these quips about how women couldn't handle being a man, but I've started to think that they fall into the same vein as women bitching about how a man couldn't handle child birth, or have inferior pain tolerance. We all know that they couldn't handle a sudden dose of being treated like a male, let alone one of the more invisible males, but the hyperbole about a woman offing herself if she had to walk in our shoes is bullshit. We all know that she'd continue on living just to fi…

I remember seeing your post a while back asking for advice on what courses to take. It's good to see that you're setting up and knocking down goals. You are taking ownership of your future. At 14 years old, you're already ahead of most adults. Your discipline is commendable, and the world will be your oyster if you remember that discipline is your greatest ally. As mentioned below, don't set your aspirations to be a game developer. There is a constant churn of young, guys eager to slave away mak…

When I was in high school, I wasted a lot of opportunity by taking classes that I easily could have mastered through self study. As an adult, if I want to learn how to weld, it's going to cost me thousands of dollars to pay for a class, and I'm going to have to bend my schedule around a teacher, but I can fire up a web browser and a text editor, and learn to program for free. If I want to experiment with chemicals, the government is going to assume I'm cooking meth. I highly recommend that you t…

It sounds like you're trapped in the mindset that the Now is more important than the Future. The only thing certain about right now is that its going to end soon, and the only thing certain about the future is that what you invest now will pay dividends later. Just get on with it and desensitize yourself to the rejection, "Hi, I'm kind of shy and you terrify me, but I wanted to say hello anyway." If she rejects you, BFD, you're no worse off than you where before, and you've just gained a little …
