Yeah, hence why I said it’s like having friends everyone involved has to want it for it to enjoyable.

Yeah but it’s something guys have a tougher time turning off. But again if they want it they should be less desperate.

Then why does so much art emphasize love and sex. Cause it’s a really common thing that nearly everyone desires. Also to say don’t be sad other people have it worse is like saying don’t be happy other people have it better.

Yeah it’s not as important as food, healthcare and shelter but in terms of an individual adults happiness it’s pretty high up there. I said it’s like having or not having friends which while not necessary to live it’s lonely to not have any.

Ask any couple if they went through long periods of not having sex the relationship would feel strained.

Fair enough but for younger people it’s pretty important.

Yeah it’s the only thing that leads to a healthy and happy lifestyle but it is a big factor. Humans in general seek other humans we are social creatures after all.

Hey good for them, but it also proves my point further.

Yeah having romantic or sexual partners is pretty high up there for an individual’s desires and overall social development. If it wasn’t then society wouldn’t make such a big deal out of it. We celebrate romance and people do a lot to get laid. We tell people to get laid if they act weird or grouchy.

So you’re just coming into this discussion with no nuance.

Also let’s be honest women on general can access sex much easier than men. Whichhey is good for them except for the unwanted sexual harassment. But a lot of that is due men being so desperate for sex.

Yeah it’s not something the government should mandate everyone but everyone should do their best to get a healthy amount of it.

Yeah but a flesh light and vibrator can only take you so far. People romantically and sexually other people other people all the time. It might not be as lonely as not having friends but it can be lonely.

It’s not necessary for one to live, except the birth thing, but in terms of happiness it’s pretty high up there. Due to the fact that someone WANTS to have you on an intimate level is highly regarded in terms of human experiences. I also emphasize the WANT part of it due to the fact I’m emphasizing CONSENSUAL SEX BETWEEN ADULTS AND NOT RAPE. Ask any couple if they stopped having sex I guarantee they’ll say the relationship would fail. So yes it’s not as necessary as water or food but life wouldn…

You could also survive on a desert island still doesn’t make it any less lonely. Cause if you think not having sex doesn’t make someone lonely you’re full of shit.

Nothing good, cause more unhappy people is bad for everybody overall. The fact that no one talks about this issue is kind of depressing. I’m a 26 year old male virgin and I honestly feel less of a man.

I don’t feel like an actual man as a virgin.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
