You, as a woman rightly demand, that males should not decide about woman issues / bodies / abortion rights, etc. Because they can't truly understand and experience these topics. You are a woman, which means you can't imagine how male brain works on the topic you wrote. So by the same logic, please don't try to decide on "how should men should think about sex." But if you do, then you also accept that i can deny abortion rights, even when im a male and can't comprehend this topic.

Cool, so now i did introduced you a fairly common reason why men (25-30-40-50) only willing to date young ladies (~18-21). As you are the ones who shunned us away when we were at the same age. You made us this way, all across the globe. So i'm very happy that you have nothing against this dynamic! Do NOT leave this hanging, what you suggest in your post is a terrible thing to do: do not let her control the ""situation"". Um... Just be straight. She might think you dont know about her husband, etc. On your next conversation ask her something like: "What does your partner think about your working out / XYZ? - Oh, my husband is not interested in this!" Then you can be blunt and tell something: well, maybe you should spend some time WITH HIM and do things together / XYZ. You know, something like this.

Whats hilarious is that for most people there wasn't even a single person in their entire lifespan that could "hurt me", yet feminists can only think about a reason like this. Thats how disconnected they are from these type of problems. No, you can keep seeing women, just don't get emotional and don't show to much. Ofcourse you two can laugh and have a good time, but when she invites you 2nd time in a week, just say no. When she ask you to stay a few more hours, you say no. When she says she loves or you say, "thats cute.", etc.

Try to talk to her, in not a demanding way, that why doesn't she consider giving the child up while you two still can, because you two were not "ready" for it yet. Maybe it can soften her mind. I'm seriously asking: What is marriage. What does it do? It gives you a paper that you are married, ok. What are the benifits? I can't really name a single one. Can you? That minimal tax benifit isn't worth that much. I'm fully on board to share my life with a partner for decades, but why marry her? If its "important" for her, then she isn't the one.
