High school I'll never get. Any high school relationship never ends right. Never will. At least in this time. I wasn't TRP aware at the time but I knew every relationship I've seen in my HS years ended badly. Either with a kid early or marry at the age of fucking 20. Jesus Christ. Even I was in a high school relationship and knew it wouldn't last. Just childish and horny children, what can you do to a careless environment?

Rolo in his 2nd book, preventive medicine, talks about the freedom men desire once in a monogamy relationship. Men who are in monogamous relationship will seek this freedom once they have settled down. Once they have realized the big fuck up they have made when they're not in love, the bread winner, pulling females still, putting in work for Mommy and their kid (assuming they wanted a kid, RIP to those wanting one but getting 3+). Once your friend from work who is married scrolls down and sees t…

You're on a good path. Recommend reading the books recommended and take the time to reflect on yourself. So what areas in your life you can approve (acne, dental, building muscle, skills...etc.). Learn to be ok to be alone. Sometimes you'll miss wanting a LTR and just remember you're being emotional. Remember what makes you happy. Freedom. And no more financial burdens. You're not done peaking in life. Keep moving forward. Don't let Western culture put you back into bull pill mindset. Seeing eve…

Very true. Idk how but this click happened when I realized everything I read on the red pill was true among my relationship. I workout 5 days a week and look great. Just need to add more weight. Hopefully my dad is going through with working out because he's in therapy for his back cause old age and not every working out since the military. As much as I'd love him to see pump big weights right now it's gotta be slow. Feels like another journey for me

Eh, great site for niche groups to connect with each other. Made lots of friends and started a business within a certain fashion group which now looks great on my resume. But then again, I don't got this blue pill beta shit spewing on my timeline

Treat her like you already fucked her (advice from another user), pretend as if you already know so much about her that holding hands and this middle school shit is normal to you. Of course you should've went for it, as Rolo says "rejection is better than regret". you might have gotten more than a kiss but who knows, up to you what you were anticipating that night.

NMMNG is hands down the best basic book to read when wanting to be more masculine and someone who can enjoy being by them selves. It's easier to understand, good correlation, and not very hard to apply. Please, for anyone who hasn't read or listened to the audio book, do it!!

Agreed, good frame control, she's already expecting shit from because shes done her chores and feels obligated for something in reward. Of course, no one gives a shit about your hard work, only the end product. That was a barrage you handle very well.

As Rolo also says "wish it wasn't easier, wish you were better".

Would like to add to this, being this young you will be job hunting most likely at 16. Nothing is more important than choosing a job that interacts constantly with people like a cashier. This has helped me introduce myself to many people and have no issue starting conversations.

Set your alarm 15 minutes before you actually wake up, helps your sleep cycle wake up. Then take a cold shower if you want. If not take pre workout. Do a warm up jog which I usually do, helps my adrenaline going. As far as getting out of bed, it's tough, it's discipline.

I use to do track and cross country, I recommend running outside or walking. It will be much harder but try it out! Don't run around the neighborhood or anything do a park, so much better. Good to hear running helps.

Agreed. The more I read the red pill the more I realized that, yeah, working out is awesome. It puts my mindset in a good way. I think only about improving when I'm at the gym. It takes my mind off other things because I'm working so hard, sweating. I'm thinking about making time for myself and writing down like a diary what I did today and what I learned/or improve for myself. I saw meditation as a joke, but really it helps you cleanse your mind, help you sleep, and really get you into a wonder…
