1	Staying fir while leading a busy life. Started lifting again a while ago and started eating better. Body and mind changed for the better immediately. Once you get into the rhythm and the mindset it’s easy to follow. I’ve got a bad back and other injuries, but I still do it while working 12-14 hour days.
