Drake was grooming her for awhile, too. She talked all about how he texted her and was a good friend. This is her normal now. It’s horrible.

For me, it wasn’t not being able to move from what had happened, but the realization that it wasn’t going to get better. It wasn’t overtly abusive, he didn’t manipulate me- he just quit trying, never took care of himself or our house, and let me literally work myself into incredibly poor health trying to keep it all together. So I left, and I don’t regret it at all.

He didn’t clean up after himself. He became disabled and he used it as an excuse to do next to nothing. The breaking point was a weekend I spent cleaning while he played with our kid. I decided I wanted to play with our kid too, and I left shortly afterwards.
