Here is my advice - take things slow, focus on enjoying and building on what you have right now. It can also be that she is scared of putting her daughter in the same situation as she has in the past, and she can be open to that in the future if things go well. Dont focus on long term anything as you just got out of a divorce and sometimes trying to gain what you lost can be detrimental to what you actually need. All good - it's always difficult when its infront of you, the trick is to envision yourself 5 years from now and how much better off you will be. Focus on that person and your son and it will make this "now miserable" time be much more meaningful later on when you grow from it by realizing maybe the person you were sacrificing for so much took it for granted. Best of luck!

Simple - leave her and make a better life without her. She will want to come back later when she realizes what she lost, dont forgive her and take her back ... she didnt care about you or your son...always remember that.

I think if yoi were to look at things from a different perspective you can see that you are stuck on a situation that was..now you have a fresh start to not only be that guy you are and were...but to do it with someone that will cherish and deserve that person. your ex doesn't define your life or how you will continue to live it, you do, and you do by giving yourself the best you that there is to offer.

doubt it - why would he be looking for advice from a reddit forum...rich people have other rich people that can advise them with much better capacity and understanding of their situation.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
