3	So... How do I ask her out without being able to drive? I know it may sound kinda "un-polite" (Is that a word?) but just tell her to meet you at xyz place. If by any reason you know where she lives, try to choose a place near to where she lives! If everything goes well, you walk her home and go for the kiss or something. It's seems difficult for a guy with your schedule to date... but: You can ask one of your buddies to bring some girl-friends when you guys go out, then you get to know one or two girls. If you say: "I dreamed about you" it causes the impression that you were thinking about her all day, and you ended up dreaming about her, which may sound like you have feelings for her, which in this situation it's not the case, that can lead to an akward scenario due there are no feelings involved between OP and the girl.
