This is a terrible Red Pill example. I can guarantee you that the "he took our passports" story will stay forever and be used as ammo to ruin his reputation with family and friends. He has only taught his wife and son that he will basically exile and imprison them if they refuse to obey him (as opposed to creating a genuine desire to please, out of fear he'll just walk away). That kind of fear does not lead to respect.

Sorry, just to clarify - did you only talk about divorce before, and when you got the kids back that's when you filed the papers, or did you file for divorce a first time then did it again (in Texas?) on your terms, cancelling out the first round of proceedings?

There is nothing RP about this. What are the facts? This guy is rich banker (https://houston.tie.org/speaker/21/manny-mehos). He was unfaithful to her, it was proven he slept with prostitutes, which explains how the judge considered him to be at fault for the divorce. A year later the woman gets custody of the children for Easter because it's a religious holiday and he's atheist. Although I don't agree with many aspects of Red Pill philosophy, I have enjoyed browsing this new subreddit. Interesting posts, well organized and presented, and certainly a refreshing point of view. Congrats and keep it up.

Title of this post is kinda misleading. The article actually says: Men in these situations often feel alienated, particularly if they are surrounded by stay-at-home moms. But the power moms with the stay-at-home husbands are just as uneasy, often more embarrassed than proud that they’ve upset the traditional order.
