It's crazy because men are MUCH more likely to be attacked randomly by strangers than women so men should technically be more afraid than women. Women on the flip side are much more likely to be harmed by someone they know.

Men aren't wanted but every woman on Reddit is apparently dating a lazy bum who doesn't even know how to wash his ass. Surely being single is better than that?

While I think it does not warrant any homophobia and such against gay and bi men, it does highlight the fact that even in 2022 a lot of Gay/Bi men still have dangerous sexual habits that might need to be addressed. Live and let live is fine and dandy until something like this happens and it results in a public health crisis.

It's not misandry it's just that being gay is seen as the antithesis of being manly by a lot of people and manliness is still a looked for trait by women.

Men in very female dominated environments instantly get turned into pack mules, the guy who fixes everything and also are extremely often sexually harassed constantly. No wonder. Even with quotas dudes wouldn't touch those places lol.

I don't think men are actually punished for showing emotions, they're punished for the way they express those emotions. No one is gonna judge a man for crying stoically in silence, the so called "manly tears" which are often seen as a GOOD thing. That said if you start loudly sobbing like a baby and screaming then yeah people start thinking you are hysterical, but we also blame women for the same thing so I can't exactly say it's sexism per se. Basically men can have emotions but they also mus…

For a lot of women feminism just means "what benefits me" and that definitely is extremely different depending who you're asking so... the word is completely pointless because the ideology doesn't have a clear definitition and clear objectives.

More and more studies show that men are victimized more than women in relationships. They just never talk about it because yknow, nobody cares.

I've seen so many tiktoks of Ukrainian girls having the time of their lives in other European countries while the men just get killed. It pisses me off like crazy. I have been learning Ukrainian for 2 months now to help refugees but I'm starting to get a sour taste in my mouth over it. Like I'm not saying the women had to stay, I'm saying the men should have been given the right to. Anyway all I can do is help the people who come and make sure to not end up helping people who feel like they're…

Yeah it's absolutely ridiculous and it's not gonna help the radicalization of men. What are single men supposed to do if we start considering them incels/perverts by default just because they are single? Eventually you won't even have to be an incel to be considered one, just be single and not conventionally attractive.

I never really saw it as an insult, but when people want to insult they usually refer to things that they find unattractive. Being unemployed is in fact unattractive to women, which I mean, I can't really fault them for it. Although personally I don't care if someone is unemployed if they can sustain themselves somehow (like savings or passive income).

It thrives off suffering, it's just male sufferring starts earlier because women have a lot easier time having a social life in their youth on average since they are socialized better growing up. That and it is easier for them on the dating market. Come the 40s or so and it equalizes which is made evident by the soaring rates of depressions amongst women in that age group.

It's true. If you want to see women in Stem go to the third world or Latin America and Eastern Europe. Turns out when you have freedom you are more inclined to listen to your biology because less afraid to be judged and you dont feel the need to prove yourself or free yourself from oppression through work.

Any man who has ever cried in front of a woman they were involved with romantically knows the chances of it ruining their relationship to be EXTREMELY high. I wouldn't dare do it until years into a relationship.

What happens if you scare all the men away from approaching you? Only the psychopath assholes who dont care remain and then all the men who approach you are assholes which skew your perception even more, which then makes things even worse. Viscious cycle.

Male privilege is only true for attractive and charismatic men (preferably wealthy). If you're an average guy and aren't charismatic then society will not care about you at all. And if you are more of the timid/quiet type then be ready to be constantly treated like a child by everyone, as if being a man was all about being loud.

You have to remember that when men and women complain about the other gender in a dating/sexual context, 100% of the time they have the ATTRACTIVE members of the other gender in mind. like the top %s. Nobody cares about the rest. She isnt complaining she is invisible to men, they are invisible to her too. A lot of feminist rhetoric encourages slaving away at some corporate job to become a "successful" woman. Of course men are encouraged to do the same, but when it comes to women it's implied that if they DON'T do that they're betraying feminism. Modern Feminism is overall extremely useful to Capital.

When people, women especially say "men" they usually think of a tall, fit guy who knows how to fight who is also white, attractive and rich. So a VERY small portion of the population. Male privilege doesn't apply to 99% of males because most things that is described as male privilege is actually related to class, attractiveness or strength more than gender.

You can fix male hands and shoulders with surgery and there is so much you can do with facial surgery. Besides, MtF doing SRS generally hurts them on the dating market. Only worth doing if the positive psychological effects are guaranteed.

The reason why modern dating is trash is because there's more money to be made that way. Singles consume, couples invest. All dating apps are made to keep you from finding the right person, for 99% of men the algorithms are there to fuck you over and force you to spend money. For the other 1% they get so many matches their mind get twisted into thinking finding someone else is easy, thus there is no reason to work on a relationship that shows signs of difficulties, can just boot up Tinder and ma…

I've been worried walking alone at night before. When feminists think "men" they seem to literally only think of some 6ft4 tall very charismatic and confident rich white guy built like a tank, as if the reality of such a person is the same as the reality of 99.99% of other men.

You are just a reserved introvert it seems. I am the same, it blows my mind how most folks can just say everything that come to their mind and do whatever while I always process what I wanna say in my mind before I do say it. Everybody's different though, the folks you meet in bars are definitely more likely to be expressive extroverts.

This does more harm than good. If someone has an irrational fear you should never encourage it not acknowledge it. Exposure reduces fear over time, eventually they should be able to identify real danger vs "some random guy walking home".

It's funny because women often have very parallel complaints. Like they whine about men complaining about the friendzone, but they get mad when men "datezone" them, a.k.a burn bridges because she wasn't interested. If we ain't entitled to your body/love, you ain't entitled to my friendship either. I can't be friend with every woman I ever try to seduce, I don't have infinite time. Also the dating app one. I unironically lost my virginity with a girl I met on a language learning app. Crazy how much friendlier women are when it's not about dating, from there you can make your qualities really shine and win people over. I'm totally against that. I think instead of pushing makeup on men we should push it away from women. That will only make beauty standards go up, make a lot of men even more insecure than they already were and it's all just a ploy to make money by oligarchs and other capitalists.

Not particularly but men have more means to carry such acts (physical strength), a lot of female on male rape will involve drugs and physical restraints to compensate for the difference of power. More often than not its not worth the hassle, female psychopaths/sociopaths will do other crimes instead.

Sociopathy/Psychopathy. You cant really rape without one of these or judgment impairing substances. When you are numb to the suffering of someone such things are easy to fathom. But the average person isnt numb to such things so it's hard to picture such an act for most of them.

"Dont go in a shark infested ocean covered in blood" "Thanks bro I won't" "Dont go in this high crime area alone at night" "Wtf if rape happens its not because of my choices" One of the main problems of modern feminist rhetoric is that it tells women that they have 0% of the blame for ANYTHING that happens to them. Women tend to bodyshame men for things that are not a choice at all like dick size, balding or height. I've never really seen a guy shame a girl for anything but her weight, which in most cases is a choice. Yes it's hard to lose weight but not impossible, unlike gaining 2 inches.

Unironically often men who believe they will get a girl to be interested in them if they worship them like that. Alternatively a guy in some shaky relationship (potentially poly or open) that is deadly afraid to lose it. When you stop putting women on a pedestal in the hope of getting laid you start judging then objectively. They do a lot of things better than men and that is an objective truth, but not everything.

Honestly we just need to normalize not needing alcohol to socialize. People need to be socialized better from a young age because its not normal to need something to get rid of your inhibitions just so you can talk to someone new.
