Not only do i find them boring now, i have completely lost taste for games at all, sold my xbox, sold all the games. It's pretty crazy. I used to be a huge online gamer. Granted i doubt it has much to do with seddit specifically

well by virtually nothing i mean in terms of total calories, it fills me up for the most part. My dinners usually consist of things like grilled chicken breast w/ steamed broccoli + brown rice, or chinese style tofu + brown rice. i eat healthy food,just probably not enough of it. as for sleep, my work + school has been stressing me to all hell, so i probably get like 5-6 hours >.<. I need to make some lifestyle changes

maybe thats whats been causing my little rut i've been in. I've been slightly depressed for the last month or so, and just havent had an appetite at all, the only time i eat is dinner, which is virtually nothing. It's completely thrown me off my game and general want to do anything.
