How many times have you asked this question? Stop.

Seriously? It's literally the first result on Google when you search "48 laws of power pdf" If you can't do a simple Google search, you'll be unable to understand the book.

Please do this and let us know what happens. I'm curious how this would play out.

I went around 370 days without porn or fapping. I didn't spin plates at the time either so I never ejaculated the entire time. After 7 days of nofap, your testosterone reaches it's peak and will return to baseline around day 8 (I never measured the levels). The benefits are basically the same as more testosterone (confidence, aggression, etc). There is no point in going the full 90 days to be honest. Fapping in moderation is fine. No porn though, EVER!

Brain: "Oh look, he's talking to a girl. Heart, you know what to do." Heart: "Got it, beating faster. Veins, you need some more blood bro." Veins: "Damn, I feel that adrenaline." In other words, my heart begins pumping really fast when I'm doing something as simple as socializing. This doesn't happen to all girls, just most of them. How can I calm the hell down?

Well at that point, I was willing to fuck any girl as long as she has a pussy and is old enough. I had no plates at the time. As for the life changes, nothing that drastic. After 7 days, your testosterone goes from its peak and back to its baseline. Advancing more days than that is pointless unless you've been fapping and watching for a really long time. In that case, go 90 days and you're good.

Around 370 days. I relapsed long ago though.

Your question has already been answered but I'd like to give you a few tips on how to avoid masturbating and watching porn. I haven't masturbated or watched porn in 388 days and counting. Here is what you need to know: 1) It gets easier 2) Feeling horny? Take a cold shower or go somewhere public. (Second one won't do you any good if you're a sick fuck who's willing to do it in the bathroom stalls of Starbucks) 3) Go lift and make yourself too tired to masturbate.

It's an extremely blue pill environment and just cringe. "I did nofap for 14 days and asked out my crush of 7 years, thank you nofap!"

It's fine on a minimum. Just make sure you use lotion to avoid the death grip. You can condition yourself to prefer the tight grip of your hand over the loose grip of a vagina. Sex won't be enjoyable if you get used to a tight grip on your penis. If you can however, I would recommend starting nofap (The challenge, not the sub. Avoid the sub at all costs). I've actually recently hit an entire year without masturbation and it feels nice knowing I got over the addiction. You should do the same if y…

Noted; thank you for the comment. As I was leaving the mall, I noticed that she was still working and standing at the exact same spot. I approached her again and we just had a normal conversation. Do you think I should still apologize or should I just forget about it since she just seems normal.

I'll remember to ask myself if I'm teasing or full-on insulting in the future. Thanks for your comment.

It sounds so boring to have a simple conversation with a girl. I'd rather be cocky (which he advises not to do during daygame), teasing, negging, etc. All of these are things that he never mentioned in his book (maybe I didn't read far enough?) There's no attraction being built which is why I'm skeptical of his day "game" methods.

I started reading the book yesterday and I agree with you. It's indirect game, but I'm still waiting for the "game" part to actually emerge. All Roosh has talked about so far is opening the girl, starting a simple, non-threatening conversation (by baiting her through your statements), and wait for the girl to start asking you personal questions. I'm going to start applying his methods after I finish reading the book, so I won't be quick to judge how well it actually works.

Slightly off-topic question: Hypothetically speaking, what would you have done if negging her got her angry and she just straight up called you out for "disrespect"? It's a test of your frame, sure. However, what would you have replied and is this the recommended course of action for all the "disrespect" women confront you about?

Not constantly using "tactics", teasing her, or me acting cocky feels like it would result in a boring conversation. It would almost sound like I'm having a logical conversation with a man and not an emotional conversation with a women.

"To make himself look better" People who put others down to make themselves look better are pathetic and not alpha at all. I recommend to just cut this "friend" out. If you can't avoid him, make jokes about your nose and show people you don't give a fuck about what they say.

I've never been in this situation, but I would recommend utilizing that anger with Mui Thai (I think I spelled that wrong) or any other fighting sport as a release.

This put a huge smile on my face. Fun fact: increased body weight + low iq = feminist. Just a little observation.

It's been confirmed that discussing your goals with other people makes you less motivated to complete it because it gives you a premature sense of completeness. "Four different tests of 63 people found that those who kept their intentions private were more likely to achieve them than those who made them public and were acknowledged by others." https://sivers.org/zipit

When you tell a girl she is pretty, there is a slight chance she might act a negative way. (In other words, you're setting yourself up for rejection). This vulnerability to be rejected is attractive because it displays an IDGAF attitude.

Wouldn't telling her she's cute make you vulnerable? (Mark Manson's definition of vulnerable)

Concealing your intent is a recipe for the friend zone. Your issue is that: 1) You're terrified to show vulnerability. - Your intent needs to be exposed right from the get-go to demonstrate that you're a man who's not afraid to fulfill his sexual desires, which is attractive. 2) You care too much about people's opinions. - Saying "don't give a fuck about what people think" is easier said than done. Believe me, I've been in this position. You'll come to realize that no matter what people think of…

No. He should be like "you wanna do blah blah blah on Tuesday or Friday?". It shows the guy has a busy schedule because he's only available on those specific days. Saying "when are you free" translates to "hey, I'm pretty much free if you are since I really don't have a schedule for the whole week".

Yeah I'm somewhat happy, just not satisfied. I'm striving to improve as much as I possibly can. I meant anxiety like I get nervous when talking to some people. I can't exactly meditate in the middle of a conversation.
/r/askTRP15/02/15 04:00 PM

What kind of mindset should I be in and what kind of mindset do I put her in during the convo? Obviously removing her from her pedestal is important but how would this be accomplished through a conversation? What are some general rule of thumbs I should look for/utilize when having a conversation with a girl that I'm interested in sleeping with?
