He made some good points at the beginning which really was showing the classism that is the problem, not exactly just that one gender has it horrible, but that those who are poor have it bad. But the middle part of his argument fell apart for me. An ideal capitalist society with a perfect free market would have non coercive deals only and be a meritocracy. America is nothing like that. You get places by knowing people. I hate my internet providers but I have no choice. Many institutions fuck me …

Isn't it already? I used to think gender was sex, but you used the word sex in science areas and you used gender in more social studies areas. Now there are many genders. They define it as what they are attracted to, what hobbies they have, what makes them excited. Those are your personality. Gender doesn't mean anything anymore. Just keep sex and personality and throw the useless word out.

To say you are proud of your actions or of your heritage is a completely different thing than when talking about the pride that cometh before the fall. Pride is all about being better than those around you. Having a car isn't the goal, it's having the better car. It's not about living well, it's about living better. It's why for a lot of peopl…

I think greed and pride are very closely related and I like best how C.S. Lewis put it, "Pride gets no pleasure out of having something, only of having more than the next man". Whether there is scarcity in an object or not, you can always have more and have a way to signify yourself as better. Heck, look at the fairly odd parents episode where they were all turned grey and immediately certain people said, "but I am more grey which is obviously better". Greed and pride are innate human qualities …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
