I am against FGM/labioplasty (or even male circumcision, for that matter) when it makes sex painful or actually alters or mutilates the function of the organ. Male circumcision does not. Feet binding often results in lifelong disability, and snipping the clitoral hood off dramatically affects sexual function. Male circumcision does not result in either of these.
