8	Stop listening to music, all genres. Music isn't like cocaine for the brain...it's more like exercise for the brain. It's frankly an excellent hobby. I normally listen to music that has an energetic tempo and lasts for roughly 10 minutes per track (EDM and trance related things) Old-school hiphop had some thought-provoking narratives and Tupac is someone who went from beta to alpha and knows how it happened step by step.
