Agreed. A point Tyler RSD makes resonates: say if Brad Pitt (insert attractive celebrity) were to text her would she wait a few days to respond? No. It's definitely in some part an attraction issue. Also I still fall in the trap of being overly wordy/ attempting wit and humour in texts. I text mates like this and we 'banter' because they know me well enough. I'll experiment with simpler more functional texts. Or just call.
