It hasn't flipped at all. People are pissed about being treated completely different and are taking it to extremes. Like I said, it'll even out. Doesn't mean we can't admit the issues and help along the way instead of fighting every inch. It's better in the long run if everyone contributes in meaningful ways.

This is dumb. Women get pregnant because men get women pregnant. Acting like it's alright to fire someone because they have a child (and not for other reasons) is malicious. Would you like to be fired because you have to drive your pregnant wife to the hospital? No? I'm not even having kids and can understand why we need employers to work with women who do get pregnant.
