| 1 | Question on credit cards..Sure, a lawyer can easily pull your credit history, and see, for instance that you paid off $40,000 of credit card debt (that was in your name) and in such a theoretical case, if it appeared to be done to hide assets and increase benefits unfairly, to you, a judge could and likely would, order you to pay $40,000 to your opponent.
