1	Congratulations! Eh. The “wage gap” is the term that’s fixated on and it doesn’t really capture the entire problem. For certain jobs, women will be paid more than men on average, but this is because they’re more often being overlooked for promotions. What happens then is that you have women staying at the same level for longer than men do. A senior sales rep is paid better than a junior sales rep, but they’re still beneath the regional manager.	/r/PussyPassDenied	08/11/19 09:19 AM
