Yes, I know what banter is and I have no issues throwing it back, but the idea of her joking about pushing me aside in front of the piece of shit coworker that has been trying to mess with her, pisses me off. It's like all of a sudden... we are back to square one, throwing shit/bantering at each other, and that's it? That felt like lack of trust, and I can't help it to feel this way...

Remember you weren't important enough for her to ignore her dad and run off when he flipped his shit. Why should you give wishes her that much consideration? She's still coming over tomorrow for lunch and staying for the weekend, leaving on Sunday evening. I get your point, but in these three days she's gonna get fucked relentlessly, she will cook for me, clean my place, suck me off and will split in half groceries that I will mostly eat myself. I understand your point, she just makes it really …

Her parents doesn't like/trust you or might be uncomfortable with you fucking their daughter while she is living in their house and you aren't married to her. Well, they allow their sons to do it, so double standards my ass lol and she doesn't want to make them angry. this

NEXT her and read more sidebar literature so you dont ask silly questions again. It's not silly ;) You sound needy, To get my cock wet XD but also failed to vet your LTR, she still lives at home buddy. I did, I just didn't realize it would bother me so much when her father decides if I can fuck her or not. That was definitely my mistake.

In fact I know I want her to cut this shit out but I can't tell her this without "breaking" her, so to speak. And she's anxious as fuck that I'm not giving her any attention today...

Cause she was treated like a child and a princess during her entire life and she allowed it. Her last boyfriend was with her for almost 7 years and he was as childish as she is, so they never moved in together. She wanted to move in with him, but it was all plans and no action. 7 years... When she met me, she dropped the princess act pretty quickly and has been doing stuff for me ever since, paying for her shit, cleaning my place, giving me all the sex I want, etc. Her parents told her they were…

Well, as an example, her brother was allowed to sleep with his girlfriend while on vacation, I was prepared a separate bed and she slept with her mum. She's letting them treat her like this and she doesn't want to confront them. In her mind, moving out to be with me is going to be the "liberating" move. But I'm not sure about this.

Thanks for the advice dude, I appreciate it. I’m sure you already know my and I’m sure many other community members here, don’t share your living space unless you’re prepared to marry. Yes, I know this is the mainstream consensus, I just want to try it at least once, so the ball is on me. This sort of seems like an unintentional shit test, she’s clearly not mature if she’s living at home and obeying rules as such. I agree. Idk why her dad doesn’t like you, for whatever his reason, doesn’t seem l…

EDIT: last time this happened, we were going to her parents' summer vacation home, and her mother set up a different bed for me, so her daughter could sleep with her mother. Her brother and girlfriend, of course, were going to sleep on the same bed. It pissed me off cause she didn't even try to stand her ground. I still fucked her on my bed, but she doesn't stand up to her parents and when they shut her down and she goes along with it, it makes me wanna dump her.

Act like one; which means be a man, have the conversation needed about your concerns. No need to baby foot around it. Lead her Already have, she knows my thoughts on the matter, but until she moves in with me, this shit is gonna be a problem. And even then, she calls her mum 3 times a day when we are away someplace, this is not easy to sever. She cares too much about not ruining the relationship with her parents, and I care too much about not having anyone but us have a say in our relationship. …

Done, my point is how do handle this from now on. I still want her to come over and be here with me, as my personal sex toy, but I hate having to deal with the fact she's still a fucking child living at home... And she keeps hitting my phone with messages for fucks sake... give it a break

We go to the same uni and are in the same group, and she literally has this tendency to sit next to me or stand next to me and make physical contact. I enjoy it but if it doesnt lead to shit... I dont wanna say “I found someone” cause she could reply “so? I wasnt hitting on you” I think I’ll just keep my distance

So a hard “no”, thanks dude. What shall I do next time she tries to get close to touch me and kino? Just blow her off?

What I dont get is: I pushed her quite a bit yesterday and she came running to me, almost pushing me to kino her. I couldnt close so I waited till today. Today she both wants to be alone with me and again finds wait to touch me (body pinch on my back, head on my shoulder, hand on my leg, telling me to stick around, etc) So I naturally find a way to escalate and she pushes me back? Wtf?

What outcome to you want? Him to lose his power? It's kind of an ego thing, honestly, but I have no issues with him having power. What bothers me is how he uses it... he's right, we are all wrong, and he will shit on you if you disagree. Do you think that's ok? He only has power because others give it to him. He got power in part because he's funny and sociable, and in part because he attacks others, like me, and we idiots never fight back. I'm not sure which aspect (being funny + sociable vs ac…

No, not me, the owners and other coworkers are the target. The place is packed with women, and I think that fuels his shit even more. Why, what will you gain from it? I don't know, making every day's life... easier? Let's say I got to your office everyday and decide to start criticizing you at first, then your coworkers, then your bosses. I don't care what people think, I'll just do it because that's who I am, I tell the truth! Now, too bad for you guys, I'm also funny and charismatic, so even i…

Ok, you have a point. However, what happens if no one ever crosses him? I mean, let's say he overreaches but nobody in the office is willing to call him out on his crap, wouldn't it go uncontested until it becomes... the rule? Something tells me we, as a group, are already at that point. The only guy who actually put him on the spot when his hemorrhoids flared up was me, and I dropped it after a while because he was targeting me, personally. Now he targets authority figures and acts as the "pres…

The problem is I like the others, and it's a pain in the ass to have to listen to all his manipulative crap whenever he's around. I don't like the "ignore him and let him be approach" when it becomes toxic and part of my own life... If you decide to keep staying in the audience, you give him a chance to perform, thus reinforcing his negative behavior. What about calling him out on it? For example, we are in a coffee break, he brings up the bosses and starts trashing them about nothing! He gets a…

Me too, so many times I altered my gamed to play it serious with certain girls, with terrible outcomes. And it wasn't on purpose, I'm talking back then when I was really BP. Now I keep it constant, but bothers me the fact that sometimes things are left up to a stupid game of covert intentions and stuff like that, especially if the woman is really interesting...
/r/askTRP04/06/16 07:33 AM

Thanks for your advice! My issue isn't so much that I change my game, it's more like I become aware that the stakes are higher in that particular case so it bothers me having to "play it", if you know what I mean.

You are right man! What I meant was, if a woman I really don't give a fuck starts doing this in front of other women, my value starts going down. I don't give a fuck about her. In fact, she's in love with him and would die for having his dick inside her. Good for he, she's as dumb as he is. But, being so close to him, she acts like this towards me for no reason, and I should do what? tell her to fuck off?
/r/askTRP28/05/16 10:46 AM
1

Well, it turned out well actually. I dont give a fuck about this guy and that's why I never respond to this crap. You are right, the woman doing this thought I was weak. I finally put the spotlight on him, making everyone laugh at him and he backed off.

I don't know, I wasn't into her nor really affected by him. But, the moment he threw a cruel comment towards me, she felt the need to intervene, even if I didn't give a fuck. She jumped in my defense, against him, and put me in this spot. It's bad, I get it, but isn't it also out of my control if she crazy?
/r/askTRP23/05/16 05:24 AM
1

That's what I feared. And if I'm not into her nor intimidated by him, but just don't care, what then? I'm convinced that her reaction to him puts me in a bad spot even if I don't ask for it, what then?

it is you who is trying to overcome your own weakness and conceptualizing it as a test that they have given you. Yeah, you are right, this was not a shit test. Addressing your specific example: the guy sounds hugely passive aggressive. I guess it was my fault in the end. If your work is your life, then a guy at work like that is very important in your life. If your life is a small social circle, the same. This part interests me. I didnt have only work at the time but it was still very important to me because I liked it and enjoyed it and having someone like this tainting the social aspect was something I didnt want to endure. I get what you mean, I guess my ego wont let me quit and handle over things to a jerk like that

Really frerri? Is this how you see things? Who are the men you hang out with that try to prove themselves to you and respect you so much that wont joke unless you let them to? My question was related to the only thing that bothered me in my social lofe and which I couldnt solve at the time. The reason I think you live in fanstasy world is that people are not required to respect you or anything. Respect has to be earned but it's given to you by people, not imposed. For example, I didnt respect th…

There is a fine line between teasing and bullying and a lot of times it depends on how thick your skin is. The reason I thought it was bullying is because he did this in spite we were not friends, for once. Then, there's the fact that he started being condescending towards me and making me the clown when I started dismissing him in public. For example, "HE: mailman, why are you eating your meal like that, are you dumb? ME: yeah, I'm stupid, is that ok with you? (grinning)". Stuff like this drove…

I think you are mistaken, and I've seen this in a couple of your comments all around. Just becasue a man does something to gou it doesnt mean you are lacking confidence or weak. This is verbal stuff I'm talking about, not physical. And in the society we live in you cant just assume weak and strong based on verbal confrontations and that's it.

Are you sure you are not the one being immature? I used to know people similar to the guy you are describing who pissed off guys just because he was being the center of attention. Maybe he's casting some shadow on you and that's why you hate him so much

Thanks, that's what I thought. I still have a long way to go on this front though. This happens to me with a guy I know: when there's a girl we both know and which I believe likes us both, she always gives me the impression she values him more. It's like on a one-to-one interaction with her things always seem to click. But in a group setting, the girl will either get close to him or he'll try to put me down when they are close to me or listening to me or just having fun with me.

He never does it when we are alone. He's always friendly in those cases. Friendly and even submissive sometimes. He just inflates his chest when there's at least another in the room. I already know, in part, why he does this. He's the friendly guy who does everything to make himself likable. I'm not as friendly as him and people still like me. And he can't stand that. Jesus, sometimes when one member of the group does or says something funny and he doesn't like it, he'll just say "he (or she) is…
/r/askTRP06/01/16 10:55 PM

Yeah, the assh* even called me "shorty" when he has the chance: I enter the room, everyone's there, and he laughs at others saying: "shorty's here! shorty's here!". Which would be fine if it was said by any other person. But I can't take the "I'll belittle your ass when I don't like you but joke with you when I'm in the mood". That sh* get's me really mad. He's not my friend, but he jokes about me like he was. And when he needs favors, he will asked calmly and in a friendly voice.
/r/askTRP06/01/16 10:52 PM

I'll escalate as soon as I can get mi sh* together. "Fuck that" seems like the way to go.

I know, I'm a mess. And I'm pretty sure he knows this. I'm also 100% sure I don't want him as a friend. Can you believe that he's totally friendly when he needs my help doing something but then behaves like this in front of the group or other people with authority? I know part of the problem is mine, I just can't help it right now. When he does this, one way or the other it'll bring my mood to the floor...
/r/askTRP06/01/16 10:46 PM
2

I'll do that then: nickname, agree and amplify his sh*, never defend against an insult and just insult him back. You know what I used to do? I tend to laugh at myself a lot, I'm not scared of embarrassment nor of making mistakes. This however makes me joke about myself a lot. Which is cool in the group until someone starts attacking you in a negative why like he is and then joking about yourself just buries you even deeper...

Not a group thing, nothing I was obligated to do, he wasn't on the lab that day and I was present, so he assumed "the right thing" would've been for me to send the material over. Which I totally forgot. But it doesn't matter. He said that: HE: "what? extra material? he didn't send it to me... he's the usual dubmass" MY FRIEND: "He didn't do it on purpose, he probably forgot..." HE: "I'm not saying he's bad, just the usual idiot..." And I have more of that coming the next time I see him...
/r/askTRP06/01/16 10:04 PM
1

Thanks for your advice. That was my behavior at first. Everything run off my shoulders and he couldn't touch me. I started having doubts when I started seeing changes on some people because of his crap. But maybe you are right and I'm just overthinking it.
/r/askTRP06/01/16 09:07 PM
1

Thank you, I'll do that. Even better, as he's usually condescending to other people as well (not insulting them but still condescendingly annoying) I'll jump on his ass when he does this and put him on the spot. If he gets going with this and starts his usual sh*, I'll mock his ass out as being overly sensitive and moody. I'll have to work not being emotional while doing this. I admit I'm not that good at staying cool when he does this... Thanks for your advice man.
/r/askTRP06/01/16 09:04 PM

Thanks for the advice man. Look, I agree with you in part. I don't care for his advice but I know I should not respond defensively. And I did that for a very long time. As I wrote, things changed when I realized he can just insult me in front of the group and they may even laugh when he does this or feel pity for me. Having my ass insulted and belittled in front of the others each time I open my mouth is humiliating as sh*. If he's in a good mood, he'll make me the butt of his jokes at the first…

I used that a couple of times in the past. Some times, amazingly, he would just shut up. Other times, he would turn to someone next to him and tell him or her that "they should ignore me". That's my problem I think. When he's not talking to me but to the others and insult me to them, like if I wasn't there. What can I do here?
/r/askTRP06/01/16 08:20 PM
1

My friends like me. And he even uses that against me. He sometimes puts hem on the spot when they do something nice for me or listen to me and critisizes them for that... Even one of the girls stopped having a colose relationship with me bcause he constantly critisized her about that and bash me in front of her... And I just let him have it.

Right on the spot. I'm the laid back type, I'm not scared of my position nor do I try to improve it. But I don't recognize the "group leader"'s authority, I treat him like any other and his word will be as valid as that of the lowest member. He knows that. I've always considered myself as a potential "leader" but I'm just not interested. I like to go my way and enjoy the group for what it is. That's why it pisses me off. It's like I have to earn my spot on the group for some reason... He even sa…
/r/askTRP06/01/16 07:59 PM

Because it all came to this point by ignoring him. Why? Because I ignore sh*-heads. I didn't realize the effect he was having in the group till later on. Why? Probably because the group is weak people and try to avoid confrontation at every chance. And now I'm the one down...
/r/askTRP

The more he pushes you around and gets away with it, the more he will think he can get away with it. This is what motivated me to change my "I don't give a f*, I can just ignore him" mentality. I still have respect within the group, but the idea he can get away insulting me whenever he feels "moody" drives me mad...
/r/askTRP

I'm not like that. I hate bullies and I will not pin someone down just to have fun. My rule is, if I mock someone then I'm open to be mocked back. I will not raise myself socially by pushing weaker people down. Point is, confronting bullies is one of the things I'll do in an instant if the situation presents itself. In this case though, I'm made the bad guy and it looks like my "bully" has me where he wants me...
/r/askTRP

I don't think we'll come to that, but I appreciate the advice :)
/r/askTRP

Yeah, I thought he started this because he considered I was, if not the leader, the smartest one of the bunch. He's the social guy, I'm the academic one. He focuses mostly on people, I focus mostly on the academic stuff. And the funny is, even in this situation, I have no problem making friends. I make no effort to try to "please" everyone and we just hang with no problems. Up until this guy started doing this...
/r/askTRP

He probably meant that each time the guy insults me instead of laying low I could just insult him back, which will probably start a fight. Once you start escalating things one of the two will either back off or punches will fly.
/r/askTRP

I know, my nature was that too. I used to mock his ass off when he started with the condescending attitude towards me. Eventually, I lost my frame and now here I am, totally down.. For example, I already know he's upset with me because I forgot to give him some files for the uni and he already started calling me an idiot to one of the guys for this fact (one of the others texted me)... So I'm sure that, in two days when I see him and the others, he'll say something along the lines: "... yeah, th…
/r/askTRP

Get it, I'll Agree and Amolify his condescending and insulting ass off. I have already read this suggestion multiple times so I'll adopt it immediately.
/r/askTRP

She's definitely not interested in me, you are right about that. I also know that I don't really care about her, but she reacts like this in front of other people when I actually ignore the AMMOGger and it makes me look like a weak guy. I didn't ask for her to do it, just why the fuck does she do this with me?
