I get what you’re saying. Some people act mean to feel powerful, and it’s really hard to work with them. It’s not fair when someone treats you like a problem no matter what you do. You start to feel on edge all the time. It’s not just in your head if it keeps happening. Some jobs bring out that kind of behavior more. If it’s making you unhappy, it makes sense to want to leave and find a better place.

You make a valid point. Unfortunately, no amount of reasoning with people to try to show them they are being sexist will help change their mind. Maybe I should not sound so defeatist. But it may just be a waste of energy to try . You might be better off using the energy to better your life and be around positive people

My son who is 20 hugs me all the time . He hugs me , my wife, grandparents etc . I think as a society we need to raise boys to normalize hugs and touch . It is sad that it’s more normalized for women . Though my wife wasn’t raised in an affectionate household and said she grew up feeling uncomfortable with touch . It’s all up bringing and we need to do better

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
