2	These double standards though I think differences in wages occur because of skill, because of job types, and because of categorical thinking (judging others for numerous reasons, including sex, race, attractiveness, etc.) - categorical thinking can include subliminal notions of sexism, but that also includes subliminal notions of racism, etc. So, I don't think the majority of companies have overt sexism going on. –	These double standards though I think the "70 cents to a dollar" study could contain some inaccuracies. –	These double standards though I am a feminist who cares deeply about gender equality, and I recognize that this post shows a shitty double standards for men too. It's not fair for women to be so judgmental of an unchangeable quality like height in men.
