You're being obtuse. OLD was an incredibly fringe thing until the advent of the smartphone. I remember trying Match in 2007 roughly and in my town of 100000 people there were maybe 20-30 women.

On dating apps, yes they do.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/25 06:29 PM
13

You still haven't said anything that contradicts what I have said. I think it's you who are putting words in my mouth.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 11:51 PM
5

The thing you just said about how good looking men have always had the lions share of women is an exact reflection of the 80/20 rule. You basically just parroted back to me what I had already said.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 11:33 PM
11

Except if you are a hot guy on there the women are incredibly thirsty.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 11:27 PM
16

So you agree with me. Great.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 11:15 PM
1

I have just as many female ancestors as you do.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 11:12 PM
29

Regardless of anything else the reason the 80/20 thing has gained such traction is because everyone can see it's basically truthful about how dating apps work. Setting up a Chadfish account is the best possible antidote to Blue pill thinking and will show you 80/20 doesn't even come close. It's more like 95/5.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 11:05 PM
10

So why is their lack of hotness the reason why they're behaviour is so amazing? If hotness is such a non-factor why mention it?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 08:20 PM
10

So.if they are hot they get a free pass to say and do such things.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 07:48 PM
24

Because the ones with ugly faces are invisible to you. You only get angry when the hot ones turn out to be arseholes.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/09/25 07:41 PM
4

They get away with it because the percentage of men they find attractive enough to be creepy towards is so small it doesn't register to most.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/25 11:30 PM
1

All the men that women are attracted to exist in the small subset of men that are objectively good looking. Every man knows that if you're not in that 20% of the male population you are invisible to all women.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/25 11:50 PM

I never said what I thought was better, I'm just always hearing from women what a great time we live in. They can live rich fulfilling lives on a single income. What a time to be alive.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/25 03:13 PM
1

But if everyone is doing so great that we can all live on a single income, footloose and fancy free, who's lives will be improved by socialism? Surely we live in the best of all possible worlds?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/25 04:57 AM
1

As women are so fond of telling us, they no longer need relationships with men, they're doing fine on their own. So they really can't want socialism either. They live in such a wonderful world as it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/25 02:07 AM
1

They told you I complained about something? They don't even know me.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 09:13 PM

Who said I complained about that?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 09:06 PM
4

By George she's got it.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 08:29 PM
3

Because conversations. And a lot of them were women I knew in real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 08:27 PM
1

It's enough for me and every other man who has done the same. I really don't care that you think otherwise.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 08:27 PM
2

I would say in terms of just being physically attracted to a man previous to getting to know anything about them it's probably conservative. I accept fully that the 20% can expand greatly having spent time with them but that doesn't apply to dating apps because women are unable apply their experience of previously having been attracted to less than hot men, because of personality traits, to 2 dimensional photos.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 08:25 PM
2

I never said it applied to the 'real world' whatever that means. I've only talked in reference to dating apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 08:18 PM
1

I never said it was a scientific experiment. Your arguing with someone else here. I know already you don't think what I'm saying provides credible evidence. I do.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 08:17 PM
1

My many Chadfish experiments including experiments with all levels of looks. Even 7/8 out of ten men get virtually nothing. The moment you tip over to an objective 9 or 10 suddenly EVERY woman matches with you. You no doubt don't count this as credible evidence, I really don't care. Every other person who has tries this has found exactly the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 08:07 PM
3

I understand all that perfectly. That's not something I believe ever translates onto dating apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 08:00 PM
1

I've already told you my evidence. You don't have to find it credible but it's still evidence.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:58 PM
9

Different women find different objectively good looking men attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:57 PM
1

I have evidence but not proof. What's more either have all the evidence I need to know it's broadly true. The Chadfish never fails and it never lies. The woman ALL go for the Chadfish. All of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:55 PM
3

Charming through text? You think any woman swipes a man based on what he writes on his profile even if she finds him physically unappealing?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:54 PM
4

So men do have to be good looking to get anything out of dating apps?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:46 PM
5

So now you can magically see the women I'm swiping. Or are you saying that looks are important to women who are good looking but ugly women don't care? Out of desperation or is there a genetic link between hotness and what a woman values in a partner?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:36 PM
5

In online dating it's really pretty close to that.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:31 PM
6

So then why do we all need to accept that women can sexually select for looks now? If looks aren't actually that important, as per the blue pill, it's not something men need to worry about.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:30 PM
8

You are simply misunderstanding where the conflict is here. The conflict isn't between 1 group who thinks women should go after hot guys and one group who thinks women shouldn't. It's between one group who says they DO exclusively chase hot guys and a delusional group ( like OP here and the blue pillers) who says they DON'T. You say they DO go for hot guys. I say they DO. We agree with eachother so why bother coming after me?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:21 PM
5

They were always 'banned' in the sense that you're not allowed to use someone else's photos. But you can still do one in 5 minutes if you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:16 PM
11

Did I ever say anything to the contrary of this? You do realise you don't have to just comment whatever is on your mind regardless of whether it's relevant to what someone is saying. The women in this group build more straw men than a farmer.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:09 PM
10

I think you've clearly misread what I'm saying here because if Chad gets 100% of the women matching with him and the average man gets 0% I'm clearly demonstrating that all the women like the same thing within the bounds of that experiment.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 07:08 PM
20

We are all over it. You realise this thread is a guy trying to debunk this.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 06:58 PM
6

How do you ban them? They were never allowed but it's easy enough to do one.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 06:56 PM
13

No if I have two profiles, 1 Chad and 1 average, and every woman matches with Chad and none match with Mr Average, I'm proving the opposite of that.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 06:51 PM
21

Those average men who set up the Chadfish will also have profiles of their own and note that none of these women matched with that profile.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 06:40 PM
22

With regards to your top two, any man who has set up a Chadfish account knows the truth. Every woman chases the Chadfish.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 06:30 PM
-1

They just wanted to fuck you
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/25 03:48 PM

Exactly. The endless need for everyone to label themselves is irritating beyond belief. You're not a sapiosexual you just prefer intelligent people to unintelligent people.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 10:58 PM
2

The term sapiosexual implies that intelligence is the primary driver of the woman's sexual response. This is clearly virtue-signalling horseshit. All things being equal everyone, or nearly everyone, prefers intelligent people to stupid people but to label it this way is moronic. Every guy who has set up a Chadfish will attest that every self-declared sapiosexual woman will melt at the prospect of dating a hot guy whatever dumb shit you make him say.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/25 10:40 PM

And all these guys exist in the subset of men that are objectively above average looking.

You've built a picture of me that is so far out of kilter with reality you don't know. If you think that society is just going to keep pottering along as normal the next twenty years, great. I GENUINELY hope you are right and I'm wrong. I think you're missing the wood for the trees.

Dante, Michelangelo, Shakespeare, Descartes, Rembrandt, Newton, Bach, Mozart, Kant, Wordsworth, Beethoven, Darwin, Dickens, Cezanne, Tolstoy, Einstein, Picasso, Wittgenstein. When women have added as much value as that, come back and cry.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 01:23 AM

It's almost as if women are incapable of picking up on misogyny and other red flags from an online dating profile. Who'd have guessed?

'Men'? Are you living in a dream world? Women will give up the privilege of being the default primary carer of their children when hell freezes over.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/25 08:06 PM

You think the problem with our custody system is that women desperately want to offload primary care responsibilities to Fathers? Hahaha.

Women approach Chad all the time. They only ever approach the guy that is the greatest challenge to success. Kind of the opposite of what you're saying.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/25 10:40 PM

Women are disgusted by the thought of non-Chad men having any romantic aspirations.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/25 05:43 PM

The point is to discourage every average/ugly man from going near them. They'll signal their interest to Chad in no uncertain terms.

Because they can't all have Chad

Women would rather fuck a hot married man than an average single man.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/25 04:42 AM

Not being obese, yes, but an averagely sized woman who is overweightby BMI standards, most men are perfectly happy with that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 11:50 PM

You're a 19 year old male and I claim my prize.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 10:53 PM
-2

You're a little bit obsessed with bmi. Most men would consider larger women just fine to date. But you are quite clearly a troll looking for a reaction. I sympathise.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 10:30 PM
1

And your assumption here is that below average or exactly average men are never talking about overweight women when they're talking about their looksmatch.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 10:27 PM
4

You should be more concerned with casting your scepticism towards a woman's definition of beautiful. Most women would tell Gorlock the Destroyer she was a 10.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 10:20 PM
6

I have eyes. Women constantly tell their mediocre looking friends how beautiful they are and these women believe every word. It's women who are delusional.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 10:13 PM
3

That's exactly what you were implying. You all roll your eyes because the thought that this ugly guy could possibly be seen as attractive to more than one person at a time is so absurd to you all. You're telling on yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 06:48 PM
11

The fact that women's reaction to a man you perceive as being below Chad-level is disgust at the thought he'd be able to cheat proves my point.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 03:33 PM
5

I advise it only in the service of lifting the veil. If you want to see just how differently women are with hot men it's very easy to do. You'll never see them the same way again.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 03:31 PM
2

Set up a chadfish account. The entire thing flips. It then becomes virtually impossible to put a woman off the idea of dating you.

Gaslighting 101.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 02:15 PM
4

I don't care about the 80/20 study. All of these studies end up proving both sides right viewed through one lense or another. I've run chadfish accounts and that's all the proof I need. Every woman matches with Chad. Every woman ignores every redflag Chad exhibits. Every woman drops every other requirement when Chad is in town. I'll trust those interactions over some random OK Cupid blog post from 10 years ago that no one can agree is even legitimate.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 02:14 PM
3

Many do try it for a bit and discover that they find so few of the men attractive enough that they drop it quickly or the hot men they do date drop them after future-faking then ghosting. I just don't think women comprehend how unwelcome average men are in social spaces of both a romantic and non-romantic context. Women are always welcomed into social groups and contexts but as a man, if you don't bring something special to the table, you have to force your way into groups of friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 01:58 PM

For many men it's the only feasible way to meet single women in a romantic context.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 01:49 PM

Women's terrible experience is precisely because they only choose the men of their fantasies on OLD.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 01:46 PM

You see when you say something as mindbendingly disingenuous as this, as if that's the standard, then you lose all credibility.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 01:44 PM
2

Thus must be why all men have such a wonderful, fulfilling experience trying to date online.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 01:31 PM
2

Well there are roughly the same number of men as there are women yet men outnumber women on dating apps significantly. So where are women finding men? Mostly they will date if a top-tier guy is available and only then. But a hell of a lot in my age group (40s) are just bailing out of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 01:12 PM
49

Which is why we're progressively seeing women drop out of the dating game and those that are in it are all in those 'Are we dating the same guy?' groups. Yes, you are all dating the same guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 01:00 PM
67

I've said this somewhere else but: The difference between a hot woman and an average woman is a difference in degree. The difference between a hot man and an average man is a difference in kind. A hot man (or a very rich man) is treated like they're a different species by women. For them there is no work. Women will give them everything frictionlessly. If you have to work for it, she's not into you.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 12:40 PM

All women have more options than the hottest men.

'Stop trying to rationalize it'. Pot. Kettle.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 11:30 AM

Incredible how women will turn themselves inside out to try to explain away their superficiality. You sleep with hot men because you're attracted to them more than you are non-hot men. It's not that complicated.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 04:47 AM

And the exact same things happen when the roles are reversed.

Because this stuff simply wouldn't work for the average man. Most women would just laugh uncontrollably at any normal.guy doing this.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/25 08:57 AM

So you're saying ugly women don't get into relationships? That's bullshit. The least physically attractive woman I know is in a relationship and had 3 dates a week from Tinder and POF before that.

Women already do this, it's just that the proportion of men deemed hot enough to objectify is so small they conveniently forget they do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/25 07:41 AM
1

What you've always got to remember when women say that these men weren't necessarily that hot is that her version of hot is Greek God level. The men she's talking about will actually be 8/10 handsome men but in her mind because he's not perfect she's lowered her standards. These guys are not ugly and making up for it with flirty banter.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/25 09:31 AM

And yet you still dated him. Wonder why...
/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/25 02:11 AM

That isn't the issue here. The issue is the lie that confidence is something, in and of itself, that attracts women to men. We're saying confidence is a natural result of being found attractive by women. But you can just keep wilfully misreading everything you come across if you wish.

As a man who had a kid later in life I actually agree to some extent. Moreso from the perspective of the effects of the parents' age on their ability to parent than the relative risks to the child. I don't care how physically fit you are, when you're in your forties it is far harder to keep up the energy required to raise a child than in your twenties. Now I personally have no regrets and have managed ok but to sell this idea that it's preferable is just stupid.

Sapiosexual = I'm attracted to hot guys who can string a sentence together. I love a geek = i like good looking men who used to watch Star Trek. Confidence is so attractive = the guys I find physically attractive are confident interacting with me because of all the positive feedback I give them from the moment we meet.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/25 07:06 PM

Sapiosexual always needs to be qualified with 'once you pass my looks threshold'. No woman is turned on by intelligence in and of itself.

Exactly. Any man who has experimented with fake profiles of.hot guys knows the truth. ALL the women match with the hot guy. They will humiliate themselves for him. They will also join in with brutal mockery of ugly/short men with him like a giddy pre-teen.

I don't care about the analogy. Your claim is that women tend to be likely to reject a bisexual man because she perceive him more likely to cheat, and on top of this, it is of course the fault of evil men for planting the idea in poor gullible women's heads that the more sexual options a man has the more likely he is to be unfaithful. This is all total nonsense. As I said you're desperately trying to contort an explanation for why women follow a conservative, gender-norm enforcing choice in mati…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/25 11:06 PM

This has nothing to do with anything. Your original claim was that women tend not to want to date bisexuals BECAUSE they fear that men with more sexual options are less likely to be loyal. Well that is the exact fear they should have with men who are exceptionally good looking. But they do not tend to avoid relationships with exceptionally good looking men. You're trying to contort an argument that reaffirms the virtuous nature of women and cannot admit that women often are turned off by iffemim…

Which they obviously do not do. Women do not avoid bi men because of any perceived loyalty-deficit.

That doesn't detract from her being a moron.

In the very same paragraph you've equated good looking men with bisexual men. Yet women don't penalise good looking men as 'cheat risks' in the way they supposedly penalise bisexuals.

There are plenty of women who don't think Brad Pitt is handsome. Not everyone who is objectively handsome is found so by all women but a man has to be objectively handsome to be in with a chance of any given woman finding him so.

This is 100% true. Go on mumsnet and every dating/single women forum is just a whingefest about how few good looking, tall, wealthy men there are to go around.

That must be why women are notoriously hot for small iffeminate men.
