Right, might as well kill the bitch and spend tens of thousands defending yourself in court, which you already stated was more for women than men, and fight the system instead of stepping out of the car and calling the police on the belligerent woman and avoiding most legal issues if you're the one to call the cops. Ending another humans life is definitely the sensible choice.

And you would still go to prison for ending someone's life that had no weapons on them.

Finally someone with some sense! Even if it was a large man, unless he had a weapon, I would get out of the car with my keys if possible and maintain a safe distance between him and myself while giving loud verbal warning against aggression. I would be ready to draw but only if I felt threatened, possibly already have my gun drawn and at a low ready depending on the threat assessment. But at the same time, when I went through combat training we demonstrated and attempted a pretty relevant scenar…

And this is why people think all gun owners are crazy. Cause of people like you who thinks it's ok to just shoot people when they aren't attacking you. You sir should not be allowed to own fire arms if you're going to kill someone for trespassing. This is the kind of bullshit that's going to get guns taken away from the rest of society. Disparity of force, look it up. Again this is what the police are for. Unless the offender is a credible threat you will still go to jail unless you live in Texa…

With arguments like that you are no better than the people you oppose. Look up disparity of force. Unless she had a weapon and was a truly credible threat, you're still going to jail.

The problem with your argument tho is that it's not equal force. Won't get out of my car, you die. This is what police are for. I feel bad for you that you would have a clear conscience if you where in this situation and had just decided to kill the girl.

Just because it's legal doesn't make it right. If you're ok with shooting someone who has not presented themselves as a threat and just a nuisance, then clearly there is no reasoning with you.

You keep talking like this isn't a taxi. You're trying to change the facts to suit your argument. Fact is all we know is this is a taxi or an uber, so threatening to kill someone for not leaving the vehicle is excessive. Period. Not only is it excessive, it's illegal and a criminal act to threaten someone with a gun unless they are actively threatening your life.

Either way, when you deny service to someone at let's say a gas station and they refuse to leave you don't jump to "leave or I'm going to fucking shoot you." It's not your job to be judge jury and executioner. If you pulled a gun on me for the same thing I most certainly would stay in the car and call the cops. Shoot me, you go to jail for killing someone who was not a threat. Don't shoot me go to jail for threatening someone with a deadly weapon. You're a small man if you feel you need a gun fo…

A complete stranger sitting in your car is no reason to threaten them with a gun. A gun is the last line of defense. This is the point where you get out of your car and call the police and let them deal with it. She was clearly not a threat in the least. Drawing a gun here most certainly would have been excessive and could be ground for legal troubles. Something along the lines of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. As a gun enthusiast and a concealed carrier, I truly hope you don't own a…

A gun is not meant to be a tool to get people to do your bidding. It's meant as a last ditch effort to protect your life.

Whether or not he would have been hit by another car doesn't even have any purpose in this conversation. We are talking about the lady driving on a suspended license who hit a guy. I'm not saying he's not at fault for being an idiot, but she has fault in this too. It's not as black and white and you're making it. Plain and simple had she not been driving she would not have hit him. And on the same hand, had he not been being and idiot she would not have hit him. Just like you say "he most likely…

But, you shouldn't be driving on a suspended license and then flee from the scene of an accident.

It's 100% her fault for driving when she shouldn't have. If she had been a law abiding citizen this accident would have never happened. She chose to break the law and illegally operate a rolling death machine. She deserves a hefty amount of the blame for this, both the victim and the perpetrator are at fault here.

Whether or not she fled the scene it doesn't change the fact she shouldn't have been driving on a suspended license. If she wasn't driving because her license wasn't suspended, this kid would probably still be alive today. Since she was the only car that hit him she is at fault because she should not have been operating the vehicle in the first place.

I try and explain this concept to my girlfriend constantly as we shop for houses. She wants big extravagance that we can't afford but our friends have been able to and she always says "they have it so why should we not." Because we aren't them and we haven't lived a life under the same circumstances. We can only do what we can do and we need to be happy with that or else you will always "fail" compared to someone else.

Sounds like the kind of job where you have to put up with the publics shit, especially if you have the authority to ruin a persons life over menial things.

Just because you have a thick neck doesn't make you alpha. Alpha is more about attitude and physical presence. Not physical appearance.

He was just laughing at her the whole time basically. You could tell the black cop was getting agitated but the white guy was keeping his cool. He understood that there was no need for excessive force.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
