-1	That’s what I thought Using the Hollywood analogy is disingenuous to the argument at best. As is anything that tries to justify away a wage gap between the genders that has more than enough evidence pointing to its existence. They're looking further into the issue at the heart of the problem which is called "leveling". They've compensated the women who were part of the original complaint after having found out that those specific employees were being paid less than their peers in the same positions with the same skills and responsibilities.
