| 1 | “Self Worth” is a silly concept. Your worth is determined by others, not you.Others treat you and view only as highly you as you view and treat yourself. I know it might seem like the reverse, but it isn’t. Since I started to gain confidence, my gains in the gym skyrocketed, I got a job I never thought I could be good at, people want to talk to me and compliment my looks + personality.
