I think statistically it may be closer than we realize. I know the Kain study ended with 40% of rapes being fabricated. That’s only 11% from false claims being the more prevalent problem. Research into sickle cell can also pave the way for eugenics. The problem with both of these examples is the eugenics part, not the IQ or sickle cell. I don't see why not. As long as you're not doing anything wrong the body camera will protect you. It's the exact same reason people are demanding police wear them. I've never seen this. It sounds like complete bullshit. Everyone takes care of minor mechanical stuff (checking fluid levels, weekly truck checks) and major mechanical stuff is handled by mechanics, not firefighters. No the court still said he couldn't consent. She was tried for sex with a minor as you would expect. What the court did say was that his inability to consent doesn't mean anything when it comes to child support. This isn't the first I've heard of exactly this situation so I guess they just cited the precedent from earlier cases. The entire situation just seems like something out of a black comedy.
