How does getting credit for years of experience you don't have not allow you to continue advancing your career? Most corps have EDI policies that favour women pretty heavily, they are default front runners for all promotions

Not really, you're just a naive idealist. The Hindus, Muslims, Christians outside the US, and most Christians in the US are not on your side. Which btw is the entire planet. Nobody on this subreddit actually knows what RP is or has read any of the sidebar / og material. Even the HoboFagOil or whatever his name was gen is gone. As a result this sub is basically just a dating advice debate / cultural zeitgeist debate / thinly veiled debate about men's rights and feminism. It's all gone full circle in my view. Bad news bro, the Ukrainians started with people in their 30s-40s and the west probably will to. Until about ~10 years ago being married with children was basically mandatory for men to advance into middle management or anywhere beyond that. 20 years ago, men who showered every day were considered to be homosexual in large parts of the United States and Canada.
