As someone who studied sociology and human behavior, he is extremely accurate. His content could be better with history and some other factors, but he is very spot on for what he is doing. I saw it posted here maybe a year ago, someone linked the CDC data and the National Domestic Violence Hotline numbers and not only were both close to numbers in totals, they both displayed the amount of complaints from men and women were damn near equal. I work in corporate America, it's comical to hear people say women don't have opportunity and are not CEO's, glass ceiling and all that. I have worked for 3 companies, never had a male boss and the offices are 60-70% women outside of the C-Suite (which you basically need to be a childless workaholic psychopath willing to work until 10PM on Power Point slides 4 days a week just to get yelled at to obtain).
