The article I posted isn't about super slow, just a way to let people understand "Weight Loss" versus "Body Recomp" so to speak. I disagree that there is not one single method that works for everyone. Where people fail in one method is not the methods fault, but the application of ones individual intensity, resolve, and adherence to proper nutrition for the outcome.

Two points I'd like to make. I don't consider a guy with plugs, piercings and tattoos to be a high value guy. That's just me and I do know there are exceptions.
