This is the best advice you can get. Contacting them any more will just make things worse, and we already know you’re not going to be dating the girl anymore. Ahah

Do then biological gender does exist. They need to get their stuff together.

“Due process” is the idea that when someone is accused of something, they have the right to a trial, and the right to be “innocent until proven guilty”. Ending that would mean that a simple accusation would be enough to prove someone is guilty.

I get it, I don’t like the “it gets better” mantra. But don’t attack the people who support you. If you need to, inform them.

I think RockmanXX agrees with you, he’s just questioning how responsible and present men are in the so called war.

So men are engaging in positive relationships, not because women are policing them (as the article states) but because homosexuality is regarded in a better light. When men had positive relationships, even before homosexuality was regarded in a good light? Not because women are policing them? If men feel policed, and maybe, one might add, feel that every form of masculine expression is under attack, wouldn’t it make sense that they seek friendship from a male friend, and not the controlling woma…

When you believe gender is a social construct, and the patriarchy is the source of all evil, eventually you will have to believe that masculinity is inherently toxic maybe.

I fear you are giving too much credence to the random people online you speak of. The brother was looking for advice on how to advise his sister against studying something that he fears will be worse for her in the long run. We, the anonymous men of reddit, are a far cry from a panel of judges exacting a sentence on OP’s sister. He asked for input, and we gave it to him. In the end, no one is forcing her hand.

Not everything someone decides to do is good for them. This is a lie of the 21st century. I’m happy that her brother even cares, many brothers don’t give a shit what their sisters end up doing.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
