-1	Accurate title No, she received a head sentence of 4 years 9 mths, so that equates to approximately 39.6% of 12 years. She would have received a deduction for having pleaded guilty at the first opportunity and no doubt something for it not being a ‘worst case’ scenario or a repeat offender. He said : “ …certainly the ‘a’ was intended, because that’s the only way the statement makes any sense.
