Yes. A whole collection of mental health issues can contribute to hypersexuality, which leads to high numbers of partners. It is important to note that Kamala Harris herself was far better for this than Hilary Clinton was. The Democratic Position in general has been dismissive of young men, but Harris did not campaign on that. Her choice of Tim Walsh as a deputy was also the sort of choice that could have spoken to young men, and Tim Walsh is the sort of person that you can hold up as an example of positive masculinity if that was the way that you wanted to appeal to men.

I think that some of your examples (particularly South Park, Family Guy, and Rick and Morty) should be considered separately because they are part of shows that make a point of crossing lines for humour/shock value. The one that I think has the biggest effect is related to your "leavers" concept. Men were the risk takers.
