5	No More Mr Nice Guy Book Review Reading the book was painfully eyeopening to my issues and made a lot of sense. Instead of a reaction like yeah that's bad I need to change it! It explained what you did and why you thought it was good, then explained how others view it and it made a lot of sense. 2	I'm a socially awkward 8/10 Posture is dramatically improved by going to the gym and having proper form (I was having amazing posture, took 2 months off and it's gone to shit). The muscles gained and awareness all come together to fix it. I fixed studdering from falling for this chick then realizing I did it way too much. 1	Need some ideas. You mentioned magic pills, don't be afraid to get proper vitamins and such. I took vitamin d3 and it helped a lot of my skin issues and I credited them and gym to a better mindset. 1	how to train your mind to be 'gamey' My strategy is mind off, analyze later. I care too much about everything, I assess everything, I am extremely aware of tiny details. 2	How do I fix such a odd and specific detail that a girl commented at me? I would start to read the book. Glancing at your reddit real quick you are extremely young and have plenty of time to grow. That natural-ness is an issue that is extremely not apparent and the book is explaining it to me. And I mean, they might just wanna charge their laptop, doesnt mean much tbh.
