TRP is a sexual praxeology used to understand the sexual marketplace. It's a place to learn the amoral system and add whatever part you care to into your life. My worldview and moral values prompt me to not engage in or promote the decline for example.

All the more reason to have a good relationship with the pastor and his wife beforehand then. And I think that's generally the job of a pastor as shepherd.

Interesting post. As a disclaimer to my response, I have not read Rand with full context and I am only using those excerpts you have provided. Objectivism is good. Objective morality is an aspect of Christian living. Rand views these traditional concepts like rationality, thinking, and justice in fairly decent ways, but she lacks a certain sense of grounding. If I were to re-write that first quote in my own way: “My morality is contained in a single axiom: existence exists—and in a single mandat…

Pontius Pilate, but we know what you meant. And quite appropriate depending on your relationship with the person

Depends on the philosophy you adopt for your life, but in my humble opinion, hedonism (primary evaluation of choice based on pleasure/pain avoidance) is pretty lame.

If he sees what she does in person, he may now know how she will act without him. A) He's working in his frame B) Failure to ACT following his story would make him a cuck.

Like anything in life, you need to do the seeking. Again, I know TRP isn't crazy on religion, but find an old respected dude in a church. Find a titan of industry in your prospective field. Find anybody who's screwed up enough times to find success. Discover your wound, and kill your demons so to speak, and then much of the anxiety goes away

And taste carries a metric for what your body needs. Some cravings are healthy to have.

Absolutely not. Get a mentor or two if you're a young guy. It's infinitely faster to learn from mistakes of others. That's why this subreddit exists at all. There exists a demand for counsel that isn't being fulfilled. Ask your dad, granddad, old BAMFs in a church, they are a wealth of knowledge AND it will make them immensely happy to oblige you if they aren't a loser.

As long as you don't use it as a crutch. And I would strongly view the word fine as meaning non-detrimental.

That's called politics. Be a kind person, but win your politics. Keep your social actions distinct from your work actions. And use fucking paragraphs.

If you're going to laugh at anyone trying to better themselves, be it someone becoming more well-read, a fat girl in a gym, whatever: you're fucking pathetic.

Expanding scope of the quote for those in any sort of funk right now: The man who does not, has no advantage over he that cannot.

So should TRP aspire to be merely Chad, or someone greater?

Reassurance and positive affirmation are a little more complex than just a dopamine boost. But OP should still go squat too.

Don't worry about hurting yourself lifting. Just listen to your body and don't drop the bar on your neck.

Keep doing healthful things like lifting and dieting. Throw yourself into those uncomfortable situations, learn to love meeting new people and learning their stories. I will nuance one of the things you said, you don't want to be nice, but you should want to be kind to people. Love life, rock your shit because you love it.

No. And I would agree that Hamlet is different. More realistic, Hamlet shows the internal struggle of man and Hamlet's choice to live life well. Hamlet is IDGAF all over Ophelia, being as suggestive as he wants, then proclaiming that a woman's love is brief. TLK encourages escapism under the influence of Simba's blue pill friends. More importantly, Hamlet is actually intellectually stimulating.

I agree certainly that a subset of fears are manifestations of ignorance. However you can still experience fear of the known. Fear in the certainty of foreclosure for some. You know pain will come. And then even the concept of fear in the context of being a God-fearing person. You are not in terror, but in a healthy respect and reverence for divinity. Fear is to be embraced as an indicator, to be fearless is to read the indicators as a stoic.

Changing QoL perhaps for the better, perhaps for the worse. Both actions act upon beings with moral status and no moral agency.

I would argue that he did not. Creation of great and ordered things, every construct, language, and eudaimonistic quality reveals a creator. But this is the TRP sub, I digress.

I personally don't care for all the berating on oral sex around here. As with anything, it depends how you do it. Girls go absolutely crazy when I pick them up by their thighs and bring them to my mouth, and I get a kick out of it.

Absolutely. If TRP teaches the maintanance of frame, why not encourage that through non-verbal mediums?

Good example for us, OP. Always be in position to hold onto all the cards you can grab. Once you have influence, you can relinquish it if you so choose. But giving it a pass, then trying for it later can prove to be more difficult. And for the, "even family" part, remember: the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb.

Already working in that realm, and I don't need more progressive propaganda being fed to me. Just wanted the thought process of someone else, somewhat aligned with what I'm aimed at. Hyperawareness mentioned above describes it all pretty well.

Good meta post, especially about criticisms. However, I disagree with your discounting of self improvement. This place is good for "taking the red pill" and seeing the world as it truly is. This aspect has done wonders for dealing with people and keeping the reigns of my LTR. If you want to focus on just sexual strategies, that makes us little more than PUAs.

Assuming you go to OSU, you remain in a unique position as far as fraternities are concerned. When only 10% of the population is Greek, that does open up more avenues to slaying pussy.

I disagree. Think of it this way, AWALT is theory that women have their hypergamous tendencies. It can be more or less evident in different ones. If your unicorn happens not to show them as much, that's fine. But you better damned be well on your guard, for you know the truth about what could easily happen.
