When you sign a contract for a auto loan can you just not pay for it? What happens when you walk away? You enter into marriage willing and make a contract with that person. Don't get married if you don't want to want to pay for anything. But this is making it so that if the other person breaks the contract even if they are the ones not working then they get nothing. This guy was a former co-worker and she did some serious damage with a hammer and could have killed him as was the intent. She blindfolded him and then assaulted him by striking him in the head with a hammer. Suspended a 15 year sentence and given 30 days. Normally I don't get into the whole "a woman commits a crime" posts. But the thing that pisses me off is she was charged with a third degree felony and in Utah that is a 0-5 sentence. If that was a man I can say with certainty that he would have been charged with a 1st. She will probably get away with a max sentence of a year in jail and probation.

I really hate the double standard in cases like these. For one if it was a man that had sex with 3 girls it would be a dramatically greater sentence. Second they would have all 3 victims in therapy trying to correct the damage done to them.
