The only reason to repeat it is if there is reason to believe it is NOT 'unassailable' ie suspicion of fraud or inconclusive results. But we don't have to argue about what they might do. Look up the stats. Google the women who complain online that their court ordered tests came back negative and they cannot get the courts to repeat them.
