I'm not joking, this literally saved me from being murdered by my LVM ex. I kept a journal and it allowed me to see the bigger picture even as a pickmeisha. When I tried to leave he went psycho. The journal actually served as admissible evidence to get me restraining orders etc etc. Thank GOD for using common sense and treating the relationship like a professional aggreement
