read the sidebar stop having oneitis spin plates properly etc... just ignore her at work unless you have to interact with her, then keep it work only. She'll probably act the same way, but if she tries to talk to you about anything other than work just ignore her and walk away. If she tries to start any drama at work, stay out of it. You need to spin plates and you should never care if your plates might be fucking other guys.

I don't agree with this. He said his buddy went on a date with her last year? How long is his friend going to have a "thing" for a girl who doesn't even want him? Why is a guy having a "thing" for any one particular girl anyways? If anything OP did his friend a favor, hopefully, by showing him the nature of women. When a girl fucks a guy, the guy is really just a placeholder. If it wasn't going to be his friend, it was going to be some other dude. Maybe his friend shouldn't have "things" for gir…

How do you know she is and will be talking to other guys? Not talking, she's is FUCKING other guys as we speak. How do I know that? Four reasons I can think off the top of my head: Women are hypergamous. If they haven't 100% convinced themselves (or their partner hasn't 100% convinced them) that the guy they are with has the highest SMV they can possibly find, they will be on the lookout for someone else with higher SMV. Based on what you have been posting, I can tell your SMV is pretty low. Wom…

Ya, well, she is fucking someone else. She was probably fucking someone else while you guys were "together". She'll probably fuck over 100 dudes in her life, and that's a low estimate. AWALT dude. "She's not yours, it's just your turn" - this is one of many, many reasons why you should never severely emotionally attach yourself to a woman. Time will heal your wounds, that's pretty much it. But if you don't learn and internalize the concepts taught here, you will never find a way to live peaceful…

Have you really? Then you completely missed the point of all of it. There's no way in hell you can believe what red pill teaches AND be THIS distraught over a woman. This is textbook (however, very extreme) oneitis. Did you just skip over those sections in The Rational Male? Go re-read the chapter on Plate Theory. You can not rationalize knowing of female hypergamy and then simultaneously investing yourself so emotionally into a woman, especially one who cheated on her boyfriend with you. How do…

All of this over a girl who sucked anyways... is it worth it? Is it worth starving yourself and changing all of your lifes plans over some bitch who didn't want you? If only you invested as much into yourself as you did in her. Practical advice: Stay the course, don't make any stupid decisions like leaving the country just because of some dumb girl Talk to a therapist or counselor if you can't pull yourself together Develop more self respect READ the fucking SIDE BAR from /r/TheRedPill sub. Tinder has been the best in my experience. However online dating is all about your pictures, so if you don't have good pictures of yourself or you're not very good looking/not in great shape, it'll be hard/impossible. Don't spend a whole lot of time on online dating either, your time is better spent meeting people in person or doing something constructive.

I would talk to a counselor for specifics on that. I only understand it from a general sense. From what I understand essentially it's all about your internal monologue. How you think molds your perception of the world around you, and just changing the words you use day to day can change that. I would combine seeing a counselor with meditation. Find a guided meditation that focuses your mind on being grateful. For example, this is one I really enjoy: https://insighttimer.com/themeditationhouse/gu…

man, there's two main things about your post that stick out like a sore thumb to me, both have to do with your mind set 20yo virgin here So this is who you are? This is how you choose to define yourself? Then on top of that you use that identity as an excuse whenever you choose to be miserable. It also seems like you feel as if this is something out of your control. I can tell you right now 100% that the reason why you are miserable is because of your shitty mindsets. You shouldn't even be worri…

There is truth to what you're saying. For me, I've noticed almost immediately while abstaining from porn and masturbation that I have more energy generally, and that energy helps me to do the things I actually want. You gotta ride that test high Normally I would be jerking off with porn in the morning upon waking and at night before bed. When I do this, I honestly feel lethargic 95% of the time. But like you said, abstaining for too long is also bad, I get too focused on wanting to get laid that…

The author is a Marriage and Family Therapist who has been helping men (straight and gay) deal with issues relating to what he calls "Nice Guy Syndrome". To quote the inner sleeve of the book: "You'll learn how to: - Stop seeking the approval of others - Set boundaries and handle conflict with integrity - Enjoy intimate relationships built on mutual respect - Have a more exciting sex life - Advance in your career and get the professional attention you deserve"

I haven't really given much thought on how TRP is applied to homosexual relations. I've known a couple of homosexual men in my life but I've never really asked them details about how that dynamic works. Certainly there's a lot that TRP teaches that can help you become a better man for yourself, lots of stuff about new mind frames to shape and better habits to get into. However, TRP is rooted in the realities of the male-female sexual marketplace, which wouldn't apply to you since you don't have …

Are you asking as men in general? In the first world? then yes, we are. Absolutely. That is a direct result of the feminine imperative using feminism as the vehicle. It's a way for women to control the sexual marketplace. This has been going on for decades and you should feel lucky that you notice it's happening so you can prevent it for yourself. Read Rollo's books because he goes into detail about this subject.

^ Yeah this sounds about right, at some point after fucking her you went from alpha fucks to beta bucks and now she's changing her strategy accordingly. I think your biggest issue was not spinning more plates, if you were then this wouldn't even phase you, you need to be in a position where you feel indifferent when one plate gets wobbly. Soft next her and learn from this.

Be a man and tell her. Stop worrying about upsetting your plates with trivial shit like this. If you are worried that she might fall off, especially over something like this, then you are too invested and you need more plates. Is it a sign that I shouldn't be seeing this girl? No Should I want to be around attractive woman all the time even after sleeping with them? Hell no, you have other shit to do don't be silly How do LTR'd people handle this situation? "I need to do X, see you later"

I don't get it, is this getting under your skin when guys do this to you? That's your first problem. I feel like if you knew how to handle that situation properly, that guy would just be giving you an opportunity to show social prowess on your part. Don't be upset, agree and amplify, laugh it off, ignore it, do whatever you gotta do to spin it in your favor. The key is to not give a shit what other dude is saying to you

Spin more plates, dawg. Sounds like you still have a lot to learn. Read (or reread) Rollo's books <- can't stress this enough, make sure you do it before you decide to get more pussy in the future

Just realize that changing habits takes time and dedication. You might find yourself in the near future indulging in these bad habits again, but now you'll feel guilty about it where as before it was just normal. Don't be too hard on yourself about it all either, you're human, forgive yourself every once in a while Make a conscious effort every day to improve yourself. Maybe make a list of new habits you'd like to form, look at them every day, and check them off if you've done one of them that d…

I have a question for you guys. I'm pretty new to this whole thing. A plate I've been seeing for a few weeks has hashimotos. Really cool girl and I would like to keep seeing her. Last thursday I hung out with her at her place, she cooked me dinner, we fucked, we made plans to hang out Saturday and I spent the night. It was great. In the morning I could tell something was off about her, so I decided to leave to go into work early. She apologizes and tells me she's not feeling well (I'm assuming i…

I've been in your position, man. You need to be the one blocking her. Cut her out and move on. I know doing that will go against everything you feel for her, but dude, she doesn't give one fuck about you. You need to realize that. You're spending so much energy on this person who literally doesn't give a shit about you. Don't even try to justify what she's doing, or rationalize it in any way shape or form, because bottom line is - she clearly doesn't care about you. The only person who is going …
