I thought I was pretty clear that my question was which is hotter. And you answered it with "lean>swoll." I was thinking the opposite. As for squats, I don't have an excuse for why they're so weak. I just have to keep working at them.

I'm actually pretty happy with my OHP. To each their own. And I've been lifting for 9 months.

You're right, my squats do suck. That's the main reason I'm still doing Stronglifts rather than another program. I'm still working on them three days a week.

Dude, it doesn’t feel like it right now, but you’ve been handed a gift. You don’t have kids with this woman, and you have 100 percent confirmation that she’s a garbage person who isn’t worthy of your time or attention. She has a job and you don’t, which means no alimony from you to her. Get a lawyer. Divorce her. Never contact her again. Take one of those jobs you have in the pipeline and work on becoming the best version of yourself that you can be. You have a chance to make a clean break and s…

If it goes anything like mine, you have nothing to worry about. Forget the stories. It feels so good to be on the other side of it and not have to devote mental energy to it anymore.

It wasn't hard for me, but I had been skipping breakfast and lunch most week days long before I realized intermittent fasting was a thing. Sometimes I'll take some extra salt and potassium before I work out in the afternoon, but otherwise I haven't noticed any ill effects. I just like that once a day I get to feel completely and utterly full. That feeling usually lasts well into the next day. On calorie restricted diets, I felt hungry 100 percent of the time.

That would have been a smarter course of action. It would have been easier not to care if she didn't have an audience. I definitely lost frame in the moment.

Here's one of the times he tells it: https://rianstonept.blogspot.com/2017/10/speech-v4.html?m=1 "During the end of my MAP, we lived in Montreal still. There was this lounge we both wanted to go to, called la locale. I was lifting, reduced my shit locker to a shoe box. I remember saying: I’m heading there tonight, you’re welcome to come in what I thought was cocky and funny? I thought so. And fuck… It went from a flirt, to a full blown meltdown. • I don’t want to go! • You should have showed me …

You're right. I have not achieved DNGAF. I know that's the attitude I need for this to work, but I'm not there yet. It's the difference between reading something in a book and putting it into practice. I'd rather not blow up my life, so I clearly still care too much.

No, I read them. Listened to them, really. Audio books or a voice to text app for the ones that were ebooks. They all said to initiate more. You just seemed to imply that was a bad idea. And, yeah, doing things just for more sex is bad. Doesn't change the fact that deep down it's what I really want. I'm going to have to grow as a person before I get over that.

Your main event was quite a read. I guess it really can come in any form. There's no way to predict it. Tell us why you need to. Am I still doing this wrong? Based on the readings, I thought the only way to get more sex was to initiate more often and become OI. Do I really need more sex? I won't die without it, but if I'm being honest, it's the only reason I'm trying so hard at all this red pill stuff. It's the final covert contract I doubt I'll be able to shake. Will extra initiations that I kn…

I think I'm probably in the validation trap, mostly because the sex isn't that great when I get it. I'd like good sex rather than duty sex. I honestly don't know that I'm ever going to get there in this marriage. All I can do is keep following the plan for myself. Anything else is beyond my control.

Maybe you're right about the ten-second kiss thing. I saw several people on here mention that it worked for them, but it just blew up in my face. I haven't tried it again since those two failed attempts. As for the teenager part, she's the one with the wild emotions and overreactions when she gets mad. I might not be attractive to her, but I'm at least stable and responsible. I'll continue to STFU.
