Don't try to "be something" to attract females. Confidence comes from understanding who you are not. Yes I wrote that right. It doesn't come from knowing who you are, because who you are is masked by who you are not. You are not worthless because you got bullied. You are not unattractive because something a girl said to you at school. You are not unlovable because your dad didn't treat you well, etc. Thousands of examples. Until you realise what you are not, what you are trying to be or who you …

I developed "it" by removing the unconscious beliefs that blocked my true self. I didn't do that for red pill shit, and if people here actually did that I'd argue you wouldn't need red pill, and you'd stop putting so much effort into creating and maintaining a false self so you were "high value" and realise you are intrinsically high value and create the world you meant to create. All the high value stuff you crave comes from that place, but it's effortless, and you wouldn't care about being "hi…

Mate, this was me until about the age of 21, my parents had money and bought me everything so I had no idea about real life. I'm 43 now and making $1m a year. There is no way I'd have the personal pride or growth I've had in the last 20 years while I was still living off my parents money. What a fucking waate of potential. You need to ditch any support from your parents. You are not a real man if you can't make your own money and support yourself. You see these kids on social media with their pa…

Have you read Starting Strength? I'd been lifting on and off for years, been coached on and off, and literally was squatting wrong and wondering why I twinged my back. If your knees are bending inwards you're probably standing incorrectly. I highly recommend buying Starting Strength and reading it thoroughly if you want to lift correctly. I wouldn't go hardcore 5/3/1 BBB until your form is (even roughly) right.

I did read it, and took a couple of things out of it. I believe if I read that when first starting in business it would either a) be overwhelming, or b) focus my attention on things that weren't most important at that time. So my suggestion to other readers is to make a business model and get that right before focussing on anything else, and then learning the next most important thing either through intuition or a mentor, although I'd be careful with mentors because they often think the way they…

Whilst I appreciate the OP's effort, and I can learn some things from the experience, I think the lessons are more digestible by someone who already has significant business experience and can pick out the bits and pieces they need in their business right now. In my view it's too much to take in for someone with no experience, and there's more than one way to skin a cat. There is no bible that works. I appreciate all of that worked for the OP, but I also think some of it is specific to OP and hi…
