1	You guys need to stop putting women and sex above your values, self respect and goals. This is true. 3	Regular pornography use mess up your game. As someone who has been porn free since December 1st, 2018 it has definitely made an impact on my life. With that being said, it is not an end-all-be-all solution. I knew before I quit porn and I still know that there are other things I have had to and will continue to struggle with. I absolutely do not regret quitting porn and have no intentions for going back. I have certainly had urges from time to time, but I have not caved.
